They're open to eight. Service was amazing. Sherry and May made the experience of dining here for the first time super enjoyable. As for the food amazing I would place this barbecue restaurant in my top 10 if not top five that I've tried. The pork was amazing without any sauce. The sausage was good, but the star of the plate was the hatch macaroni just the right amount of spice just the right amount of seasoning so good. Their barbecue sauce was so flavorful and complemented everything perfectly. Nice quick dining experience with a great little atmosphere of just a local heritage one of the highlights is the sauce bar with multiple sauces, peppers, pickles and so many other choices for sure 100% have to try this if you're in Midland. The menu has many things besides barbecue and I plan on going back to try multiple items more to follow.

The brisket was really good and juicy and paired well with the Pachuco's BBQ sauce, raw onions, and roasted chiles. The fried rice was really dry but still tasty. Before I ordered, I asked whether the fries were frozen or not, and she assured me that everything they make is from scratch and that the fries are hand-punched on-site from actual raw potatoes--and wow--the french fries here are really good-- a bit on the soggy or soft side, but I prefer this than for them to be overcooked and get too much moisture cooked out of them which can result in a tough and leathery texture. In any event, I really enjoyed the fries. We arrived a little bit after their 11 AM opening and halfway through our meal there, a line started to form at the walk up window as well as the drive-through, a testing to their food's quality. They both were exactly as I remembered them. The people behind the counter were great and hooked us up, there is no real ambiance since it's a drive up. If you're complaining about the credit card fee this place is cash positive. Not everyone in the world has a credit card and if you don't want to pay it go get some cash. If Bob's Better Burger ever caught on fire it would burn for hundreds of thousands of years like Centralia PA because of the deliciousness that is trapped in the walls there.
