Taste of Poland. Cabbage roll, pierogies, and Hunter stew.
    John U.

Quick and friendly service. The food was amazing. Had the Taste of poland. The pierogies and the cabbage roll was fantastic. Hunter stew was very good. Had the Forest moss cake. Surprising appearance, it was delicious. I will definitely be back. The sliced bread, with the meat spread and pickled onions did not survive long enough to get a picture.

The owner Alicja is hilarious and welcoming. Our waitress Toby was so sweet and gave fantastic recommendations. Everything we ordered was fantastic. We ordered the potato pancakes, polish plate, meat loaf, pierogi and polish sausage, and borscht. It was too difficult to choose a favorite. You cannot pick at a bad dish. For dessert, we got the honey cake, forest moss cake, polish crepes, and sticky toffee pudding. Our favorites were the moss cake and toffee pudding. They all had the perfect amount of sweetness. The food felt so nutritious. I have already told everyone I know in the area to check it out. We cannot wait to be back.

First time here and won't be the last! When we walked in I immediately noticed how well it is set up. Bright, organized, clean and felt intentionally decorated. The waitress was as super informative and friendly and our food came out super quick. The perogis and stuffed cabbage were my favorite of the home plate. They served us bread with a pork spread. My friend ordered soup and it was tasty too.

    Love this saying!

The food is AMAZING. The polish plate was perfect to try the pierogis, the stuffed cabbage, and the hunter stew. I would have loved to have had an alcohol beverage, but it was midday. The service was impeccable. There are different specials, so I will come back many times.

If I was Polish and my grandma ran a five-star restaurant, this would be it! I don't even know where to begin because everything about this place makes you feel like you've wandered straight into a warm, hearty, hilarious family dinner -- minus your actual family fighting over who takes home the leftovers. First off: the service is OUTSTANDING. I'm not exaggerating -- the staff hovers over you just enough to keep your drink full, your bread basket replenished, and your emotional well-being completely intact. It's like your sweet babcia appeared with a tray of pierogies and refused to let you feel unloved for even a second. We ordered the Polish Special and the Beef Medallion Special. Let me tell you: the meat was so tender I'm convinced they must have lullabied it to sleep every night before cooking it. The flavors? The only thing richer is my cholesterol level now -- and I have no regrets. Between the laughter, the aromas of butter and dill drifting through the air, and the staff who knew exactly when to appear with extra napkins (without judging the fact that I needed them), it was an experience I would recommend to everyone I love -- and even the people I don't like. Because maybe they'd become better humans after this meal. Go hungry, go happy, and be ready to eat like you just got dumped and need to heal your entire soul with gravy. 10/10 -- this place is glorious.

We found ourselves in Tulsa at lunch time and wanted to try out the local Polish cuisine. We headed over to "Taste of Poland" on Memorial. We started off with bowls of picked soup, & borscht soup. Everyone agreed that these were very good. I would definitely order the pickled soup again. We shared the hunter stew around the table, it got a huge thumbs up from our crowd. We shared some excellent potato, cheese, & onion pierogi's. The Polish meatloaf was to die for. The polish plate featuring stuffed cabbage was scrumptious. We wrapped up our meal with an excellent honey cake, but we're blown away by the moss cake. The moss cake goes straight to the top of my favorite cakes list. Over an outstanding restaurant, superior service, with a wonderful atmosphere. We highly recommend Taste of Poland.

I've eaten here several times now and each time it's amazing. One of my favorite dishes is the cold borscht. It has incredible flavor and is extremely refreshing especially on a hot summer day. The service was great, almost immediately you are served a complimentary appetizer that is delicious. The forest moss cake may be one of the best desserts I've tried lately. I would also recommend the hunter stew, potato pancakes and the meatloaf sandwich all are incredible. The owner is awesome, her and the entire staff were so nice!

We started off with a complimentary warm bread with some kind of bone broth dip and pickled onions which was delicious. They give you water in a pretty glass bottle for the table. I decided on a cup of pickled soup. It came with potatoes, carrots, fresh dill, and the owners homemade brined pickles. The flavors were outstanding. My main course was meat pierogi. Delicious and full of flavor. Nothing was over salted and the ingredients tasted fresh. Everything was amazing and so was our waitress. She explained the specials and recommendations what to try which I love when trying new foods.

    Polish Sausage. Simply amazing.

The food here is just fantastic. I have eaten here a few times and everything is great. Authentic polish food created by folks who know what they're doing and love doing it. Had the Polish sausage today which was a special. Added a picture on this review. All of it was excellent. Our group had potato pancakes, polish sampler, cabbage rolls and pierogi. The food is fantastic, service is friendly and exceptional. Place is clean, seats are comfortable. Sounds like a perfect place to eat and spend time with friends or family. Even the ice tea is some of the best I have had in a restaurant. If I had to some up the experience today the second picture states it perfectly. This is what you see when you walk into the restaurant. Give them a try and see what you think.

Me and my daughter finally made it over to Taste of Poland this evening. Everything came out hot, fresh and fast! To start the meal they brought out 'Polish chips and salsa' which I thought was cute lol it was pork shoulder cooked in pork fat with apples and onions paired with pickled onions and toast. The combo went really great together! We had the Pickle Soup which has Shredded brine pickles, carrot, onions, celery, potatoes, dill cooked in a homemade chicken broth finished with heavy cream - $9.99 - Me and my daughter really enjoyed this soup! Very comforting on a cold evening. We also shared the Polish Plate which comes with Hunter Stew, 1 pc of stuffed cabbage, 2 pcs of potatoes cheese and onion pierogi and 2 pcs of meat pierogi. - $19.99 - You can choose to have your pierogis pan fried or boiled, we opted for pan fried. We really enjoyed everything besides the stuffed cabbage which was just more of a personal preference. The hunter stew and potato pierogis were definitely my favorite on the plate though! They also had Honey Cake on their specials menu this evening so we ended the meal with that, it was a decadent, not overly sweet dessert with layers of honey cake, cream, a layer of jam and topped with chocolate ganache and crushed walnuts. - $6.50 The service was wonderful as well, fast and attentive. Definitely worth checking out if you've never been!

We had to try out this restaurant because it's new and it is unique. There's not many Polish restaurants in the area and I've only eaten Polish food a couple of times. There's service was good, fast, and friendly. The food was good as well. The pirogies were a bit dry and tough but it did have good flavor. They were newly opened when we came and it was busy so I'm sure with time, the food will come out faster.

We went on a Thursday afternoon at 4:00, so we didn't expect it to be busy. There were a few people there but not a bunch. We were promptly greeted by the hostess and shown to a booth. Our waitress brought our menus and silverware right behind the hostess. She asked if we knew what we wanted to drink and I ordered Decaf Coffee. My wife deferred to later once she knew what she was going to eat. The coffee arrived a few minutes later and I placed my order for the Belgian Waffle, 2 eggs scrambled, Hash Browns, and 2 Sausage Links. My wife ordered the Eggs Benedict and a side of biscuits and gravy and regular coffee. First before I forget, I am somewhat of a portly fellow. I carry about 70 pounds more than my doctor likes, and it's all right above my belt. Remember that the hostess put us in a booth, which usually is a challenge for me, because of my extra tire that I carry. But I was pleasantly surprised that this booth was spacious. It had plenty of room for us extra large folks without trying to move the table. The coffee, was good. Remember that I drink decaf coffee, so when I say it was good, thats saying a lot. I even asked the waitress if she had forgotten and brought me regular coffee and she assured me it was decaf. When the food arrived, I was so impressed by how good it looked, I forgot to take a photo, so the attached photo shows what was left when I was full. The waffle was the main thing I was after. I love waffles, and it's hard to find a good waffle. The menu claims they are Belgian Waffles, and I cannot disagree. They tasted like the Belgian Waffles I had in Paris, so I believe they are. The has browns normally don't rate a mention, but these hash browns were soft and not crunchy, and tasted like I expected hash browns to taste, from the first bite to the last. The eggs were scrambled well, which I would have preferred loose, but that's my fault for not specifying. I also ordered link sausage which was cooked as it should be. Next time I'll order bacon. The reason I avoided the bacon is that most places either burn it or leave it partially raw. Based on how the rest of my meal was cooked, I expect the bacon will be cooked right. I'm looking forward to my next visit already.

The food options seemed endless and the menu was quite large and included breakfast to dinner items all day when they are open! The wife did the same. The food was excellent served like an old fashioned diner style setting and I started my breakfast with an appetizer slice of pecan pie. The kids each got a milkshake with hamburger for one and Mac n' cheese for the other. The server was friendly and helpful and her name was Rachel. She did a great job and we enjoyed dining with her as our server!

He got ham and I got extra crispy bacon. I noticed the server high lighted extra crispy and I appreciated that because it came out perfect. I've never seen bacon that looked better and it was delicious. Our friends got the same thing except they got country fries instead of hash browns. They said they were really good. Next time I go to Mom's that's what I will get. You just have to know the restaurant to know which is better, hash browns or country fries. I've had country fries that were dry and not very tasty, but Mom's country fries looked excellent and our friends raved about them. The hash browns were crispy on the outside, but just under the crispy top were shredded potatoes with no crisp at all. Another of my favorite restaurants serves hash browns crispy all the way through but the country fries are not so good. The gravy at Mom's is thick and creamy, just as I like. The entire breakfast was good. We will be back.
