We visited The Crazy Olive for lunch on Friday, April 10, 2026. We had been there a year ago and we absolutely loved it, but I have to say that this time we just didn't feel the same. The food was about a 5 out of 10 at best. The best part of the meal was the gyro meat, It was absolutely delicious but nothing else was that great. We are huge Middle Eastern and Mediterranean food lovers so I feel like we can give a pretty good review on this. The cabbage rolls were definitely different than last time. They were heavier on the rice and didn't have as much flavor. The grape leaves were not good at all. We actually ended up spitting them out, unfortunately. The hummus was really heavy on garlic, which we love garlic, but that's not usual for hummus. The tabouli was super heavy on parsley with little to no bulgar wheat. I'm hate to have to write a bad review on this place but compared to how it was a year ago, it really has changed. I heard they changed owners, but I can't be certain about it. I also have to say it wasn't the cleanest place and they didn't have any napkins out and a lot of the tables were dirty. I think the couple behind the counter were the only ones working so I can understand that they couldn't get to the tables quickly, but it also isn't the best look when you walk into a facility that isn't kept up very well. I will usually try a place a second time, but this one was bad enough that I don't think that I will. read more

I have been going here for a while and I really enjoy the food. Home made and delicious. They have many items to choose from as well. It has an area to set inside and eat which is nice. They are very friendly as well. I like the grilled chicken pasta, the gyro, cabbage rolls and grape leaf wraps. I will be trying more items soon. Make sure to ask them about their soup of the day. After my last lymphedema therapy appointment which was an early morning time(due to scheduling availability of the therapist). So after therapy and on the recommendation of my therapist, she mentioned a few of her and her husband's favorite spots to eat, and one was the krazy olive. I have to say their menu is expansive. But between my husband and myself we were able to come up with an online order that satisfied both of us. He got the 3 way chili(which was sizeable), I ended up getting veggies and hummus and pita chips, with a Cuban sandwich(both were delicious). Next time I think i may just get the veggies, hummus, and pita chips. The fresh made hummus was heavenly and the fresh pita chips were seasoned perfectly. Since we had to get the hubby to work that is why we did a to go order and not dine in. Hubby went in and picked up the order, and on the road we got to his office and had lunch on that extra warm day(his coworker was envious of the seasoning on the pita chips, lol). But we will definitely keep it on our munchies lists to take people to. read more

I was so disappointed in the food at Krazy Olive today. They usually have impeccable sandwiches. My sons and I have enjoyed getting lunch here and I found their tabouli to be the best in tulsa. BUT today the hummus was inedible because it was overloaded with garlic and the tabouli appeared old and tasted bitter. I returned these items to the employee at the cash register and softly gave my feedback. She took the items without an apology or offering a substitute. My chicken feta sandwich which is normally fresh and delicious was old and chewy. I ate a good portion of it but threw away the rest. We won't be coming back , very sadly. read more

Ordered the gyro and side of tabouli. Gyro was hot bread soft but there was no feta on the gyro so it was missing that creamy element that feta would have added. Tabouli was dry no liquid at all in my container. The parsley was too chunky for my taste. Not the worst but not a must do. I ordered a gyro sandwich and got it fast. It was a late lunch and the place was empty. Big sandwich, nicely wrapped. LOTS of THICK gyro meat. More meat than any I've ever gotten on a gyro. It was almost perfect but the bread was crisp/toasted/crunchy on the outside instead of soft. The ones I've always gotten had soft bread, which I prefer. And I don't think there were cucumbers on it(?), which I like. The meat could have a bit more flavor. But there was plenty of meat. I think the thickness made it less flavorful, but it was tender and good. I'll get two meals out of it. It tastes good, and it was a decent price. read more

The Krazy Olive should be called The Krazy Hours. We have been here three times and all three times it's closed. I have had friends say the same thing. So don't go out of your way to drive here unless you call first. BTW ... the hours are not posted on the door either! read more

Just a little hole in the wall, an old subway location, producing some delicious sandwiches and hummus. They have gyros, and a wide variety of cold and hot subs to choose from. A delicious, satisfying lunch experience. Definitely get the hummus! It's worth it. read more

Very nice people. Clean restaurant. The food was very very good. I had the Mediterranean platter with Kafka and added gyro meat. Both were very good. The tabouleh and hummus were also good. The cabbage roll was flavorful, mostly rice and cooked with tomato and whole garlic cloves just like my family used to make. Very reasonable cost and friendly owners and staff. The Krazy Olive on 58th and Garnett is absolutely delicious! I order the Mediterranean Platter. The pita had so much flavor. The tzatziki is the best I think I've ever had. It was the perfect amount of spicy and cool. The cabbage rolls were both savory and sweet. And I had never had a grape leaf before, but it was also incredible! I was expecting a vinegar olive flavor, but it was sweeter and the rice mixture had the perfect amount of seasonings. I'm not typically a cilantro fan, but the fresh herbs in the tabouli were delicious. This was my first time visiting and I will definitely be back! read more

Our first visit! The Krazy Olive at 57th and Garnett is delicious. We ordered for the two of us from the appetizer menu so that we could sample our favorites. We ordered cabbage rolls, tabouli, hummus with pita bread and two fountain drinks. It was very reasonably priced coming in under $20.00. Plus we had left overs to bring home. Found this restaurant on Yelp. Small place with probably less than 20 tables. We ordered the gyro wrap which was delish. They were very generous with the meat. We also ordered the lemon hummus. Not sure they call it "lemon" hummus, but it was very lemon forward. I loved it but my husband thought it had too much lemon. We went on a Wednesday around noon and the place was NOT full. There were probably seven or eight tables open. The reason I mentioned this is it took a long time to get our food. We walked right up and ordered so we were expecting a faster delivery. The food was excellent. I had a mediterranean platter. It included, cabbage, roll, grape leaf, tabouli, hummus, and gyro meat, and pita bread. I think it's hard to find a place where each item is excellent. It is however very heavy flavored with garlic. I love garlic, so this was not a problem for me. This is a place you go for food only - no atmosphere or excellent service, but it's fast food. I'm not expecting the latter two. I did however notice, the owner seemed to know a lot of customer's names, so he certainly has long time customers. If you like Mediterranean food give it a try. read more

Pretty solid repurpose of a former subway. This side of town is so starving for non-chain restaurants. I work about a mile and a half away, so I was excited to try a new sandwich shop. It's more than just a sandwich shop though. They mix some classic Lebanese style deli food like hummus, cabbage rolls, etc but then also pizzas and more than just an average selection of sandwiches. I've had a meatball sub sandwich here and another time I had a French dip. I'd say the meatball sub was perfect, but I was less impressed by the French dip. Namely the au jus was so bland and flavorless, it was almost clear. Both times I had a side of hummus and pita, and the hummus was phenomenal. I'm very picky about the hummus I eat, and their hummus was excellent...very smooth and creamy. I'll be back and appreciate the fast and friendly service. This place is worth a try. read more

The food was so good. We eat mediterranean food everywhere we travel. This is in the top 5. I was hot from a morning at the zoo, so I had a veggie wrap and potato salad. The veggie wrap had about 20 vegetables in it. Seriously, it's the best veggie wrap I've had. My husband had the mediterranean platter gyro meat, hummus, pita bread, tabouli, and a cabbage roll. There wasn't one drop left. My kids had a deli sandwich a piece they went on about how great it was. The food was fresh, and lots of it they had big portions. I would highly recommend it. read more
