We got hungry driving through the area and pulled off because of the good reviews here. It takes much longer to get to the location than you think because there is a long main road with many stops before you arrive. It also basically looks like a house so we were a bit confused. We had to get back on the road so we ordered to go. Expect to pay a minimum of $20pp before tax and tip. We got the tri tip sandwich and the western burger and they were both ok. The fries were good, which was nice. If you need takeout, I suggest you continue on and grab some fast food for less but the bathrooms were clean and although small, the interior was nice so if you wanted to stop for a meal, I would recommend giving this place a try. They have exterior seating in the rear as well so I assume they are dog friendly as well which always adds an extra star from me! read more

The food is so delicious here! I always recommend this place to everyone. Service is always top tier, great customer service. The restaurant is a really good place for families and even just to hang out with friends and have a drink. They have board games, & a nice outside patio area. 10/10 recommend, try this place out if you're in the area. They are now open on Tuesdays as well! read more

As I was staying in Soledad, I went there on a Thu night after hiking solo in Pinnacles. It was not what I was expecting - it was much nicer. It's kind of like a house with different rooms, very home-like. But they do have a bar that was showing the NFL that evening with some tables around it. So I could sit there, watch the game and eat/drink. Not a huge selection of beers, but very serviceable. The bbq pork sandwich was tasty. And I ordered chips. I asked which was better, the guac or the salsa? Apparently both are made in-house, and they said they were both very good. I went with the guac, but they also brought out some salsa so I could try both. Neither disappointed! If I'm ever in the area again, I'll stop by. read more

I came in on a Friday night and asked to see a wine list. They didn't have one and I just ordered what was on the bar. I wanted to sit at a table but it was reserved (for the bartenders boyfriend/friend who later came by). I decided not to order food and finish my drink and leave. Between the immense selection of beer and wine, how could you go wrong?! Nancy and Ryan are AMAZING bartenders in the city with their wealth of knowledge of wines and brews. I really enjoy coming to "TOP" because of the laid back atmosphere and small town charm this wine bar brings to the area. I always recommend TOP to my friends and family as a meet up for any occasion. The kitchen has a pretty good selection of appetizers and filling meals. I usually get the Pinnacles Salad with chicken...where you can't go wrong. The service is amazing....couldn't ask for more. A charming new place with local wines, craft beer and great hospitality! We stopped in on a local recommendation and enjoyed a beer and lunch. I had the Swiss Chicken sandwich with bacon and avocado - mmm. My colleague enjoyed the TriTip sandwich -but we want to come back and try the Swiss Sausage, since they were out. The menu is simple but the food is well prepared. They had a couple of local brews and a few microbrews but they could go more small and local with the beer. The setting is a beautifully refurbished historic house. The friendly guy behind the bar is probably the Mayor - he is the enthusiastic owner of the place.
