I thought the noodles were perfectly chewy and the sauce had a nice flavor without being too overpowering, but the star of the dish for me was the cucumber salad that comes on top. They also make their own ice cream with some really fun flavors. This time it was pineapple shortcake and I cannot say enough good things about it. Beautiful texture and a great pineapple flavor, with the crunch of a buttery, slightly lemony shortcake. I'd come back for the ice cream alone. They rotate their menu offerings and flavors seasonally so it's good to keep an eye on the menu, and their store hours are pretty limited so definitely check if they're open before making the trip. I'd like to start an official petition to get them to open a second location in Albany.

The staff at Yummy Kitchen were so helpful and friendly. Once you order, you're given a buzzer to let you know when to come back and pick up your food. I chose to try the Chili Lime Chicken Sandwich and my fiance got their Banh Mi. Both were so flavorful and delicious! You could taste the freshness of the ingredients and their dedication to quality. We both loved them! There was plenty of seating inside and we can't wait to go back. Highly recommend!
