They did a beautiful job setting up the pastry table and mimosa/Bloody Mary station at this wedding. They also served brunch food such as chicken and red velvet waffles (although the chicken was a little dry and bland and the waffle tasted ordinary), quiche, sausage, French toast in a cup, etc. They stand out though because they will cater the menu to your theme. Very pretentious. My mom contacted them for more information on their pricing and menu options, as this company is listed as one of the preferred caterers for my wedding venue. The woman that she talked to made very condescending comments about their company not being "the most affordable option" from the venue and that there were others that would be "more affordable" to choose from but she could still send something over if we wanted. Of course we did, that was the point in contacting you. Ok so I am going to review the cooking classes. I don't know the cost pp but the minimum is 10. This is the second time our local Corp office selected it as an employee event. Hands down great team building - fun - trying something new - you get to make a great 4 course meal and eat it too - and yes it was awesome! BYOB if you want wine or beer. So here is what you get ... Tables set up ... They usually have a lite app ready to go - you divide up in teams - Chefs show you how to make your course including prep cook presentation . I did apps again but you can go try anything ... We had Fillo Wrapped asparagus , a great orange and field green salad ... Crusted chicken breast with a seasoned potato mash and grilled carrots and desert was a crepe Suzette with homemade ice cream! Amazing and I am stuffed! read more

Our wedding was very large and I wanted alot for the amount of guests we had. All of the pricing was upfront with no surprises. Our bill included food, staff service, rentals(linens, plates, cups, silverware napkins etc) tip, tax, Lisa helped me with my vision of the food and not wanting a typical silver tray and heat lamp buffet. I was able to have a buffet, with passed and displayed appetizers! She provided lots of decor for the food displays and even ordered linens so I did not have to deal with the extra stress. The food is also amazing. The chef has traveled the world and it shows in his food. Our guests loved the food. The worst caterer ever. I asked them to cater for my wedding and They ruined it. Lisa is the owner and she was so rude to us. Not supportive at all. She charged us for expensive plates that we ordered and gave us plain cheap plates. She charged us for many things without our approval and we never received those services or things that we got charged for. The food was not that good. Vegetables were cold and dry and chicken was hard to chew. All we got from her was attitude and rudeness. I would not recommend this place to any one.
