I visited the Pontchartrain location. As a first-time customer, I want to mention that the young girl, Holland, working the drive-thru around 6 a.m. was very upbeat and kind. However she couldn't be more than 15-16 years old, if that. After the charge posted to my account, I noticed it was more than double what I was originally charged. My total at the window was just $5.48, and I did not add a tip since I went through the drive-thru. When the charge finalized, it showed over $13.48. I'm not sure if this was an honest mistake or Holland entering an $8 tip that I didn't give her, but it was concerning to see such a large difference after the transaction was completed. I would recommend customers double-checking their receipts and making sure "no tip" is written if they do not intend to leave one, to prevent something like this happening to them. I hope management looks into this so it doesn't happen to other customers. UPDATE: After speaking with Shannon, a shift manager, she stated if I brought my receipt in she'd handle it. I then told her Holland never provided a final receipt, only asked me to sign one and gave me my donuts through the drive-thru window and said "Have a good day". I did inform Shannon that I had a screenshot of the charge being updated in my back account and that she could view it here because I'd already left a review about my experience. Shannon then stated she will reach out to the owner Maddie to have this issue resolved. I will update this review on whether I do or do not receive a resolution to this matter.

Said I could come up for a free cup of coffee when I was done because it was a bottomless coffee since I was staying in the shop. When I went up to the counter, asked for my refill the girl started making a transaction on the cash register and I said wait! I was told it was a free cup of coffee for a refill and she said "oh no! You are mistaken. we don't give away coffee!" I said "when the girl poured my coffee she said I can come up for free refills" It took a little back-and-forth and now it seems kind of silly but... It came down to I was told one thing and then all of a sudden I was told another. So for the most part, it was really wonderful. I enjoyed the space. I enjoyed the decor. I enjoyed the overall feeling... I was gonna stay and drink the refill (which I ended up getting for free (them very begrudgingly) but it felt so uncomfortable after that I packed up and left. The parking lot was full of folks just to get rejected, they need a better way of telling folks that they are sold out. Maybe they should put a sign at the road???
