Tasted like... well, a lot of meat. My suggestion to the chef: 1) cut back on the meat. Balance is important with subs. 2) Take us to Flavor Town. A little salt and pepper, garlic and onion... not too much. But to taste. Or maybe some "Signature Sauces" customers can taste test first and choose? 3) let your identity be in the balance of flavor and something unique (Signature Sauces?), not how much meat you put on the bread. Everything was unreal. You can taste the freshness in every bite, especially the tortillas--they're on another level. The place itself is super clean, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff couldn't have been nicer. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Hands down one of the best Mexican spots around.
