Bridget and her team at Incahoots are some of the most wonderful people we have ever met. We booked with Incahoots early on in the process without ever doing a tasting; her energy and spirit coupled with a few recommendations from close friends was all we needed. When we finally tasted the food for our wedding day we were thoroughly blown away. Every ounce of food is delicious and every ounce of energy that comes your way from Bridget and her team is beautiful and wonderful. We had Incahoots cater both our rehearsal dinner and our reception; she catered to dietary restrictions without issue and always kept our best interest in mind. We hired Bridget and the Incahoots crew to cater the sides at our wedding reception and to provide bartending services at both our rehearsal and reception. From the beginning, Bridget was really easy and fun to work with. The food was delicious, the beer was cold, and the staff was courteous and helpful. We also got a great bang for our buck because Bridget was able to provide linens, plates, cutlery, etc and we did not have to rent it separately. Our experience with Bridget was a relationship, not just a business transaction. I'd recommend Incahoots to anyone in a heartbeat! read more

The Incahoots team did a great job. We were in McCall celebrating my husband's birthday, with extended family, and had the party catered. There were about 24 of us. The food was delicious and delivered hot and ready to go at the agreed upon time. Everyone loved the food. We come from a family that loves delicious food, and they delivered!! We used Incahoots for our wedding. Bridgette was amazing to work with and was quick to respond. They were doing a big wedding in Tamarack so they simply dropped off the food. Here is where the only problem occurred. They were late arriving and the food was lukewarm. No warming trays or heating instructions were left so I had to serve my wedding guests semiwarm food. It was delicious though. I can only imagine how good it would have been hot. They were reasonable in price, but again for the amount paid I expected warm food. read more

I'm the Assistant General Manager for a hotel in McCall Idaho. Every once in a while I like to treat my entire team to lunch to show them my appreciation for all their hard work. I called, told them what I wanted to do, and they whipped up 9 meals for me. DELICIOUS! I My team LOVED the pulled pork sandwiches, fries and slaw. Plus it was extremely economical. I'm actually ordering lunch again today for my team and they are super excited. I have a feeling this is going to be our go to restaurant for team meals! read more

Bridget with InCahoots Catering was top notch all the way. She was a phone call away throughout the entire planning process and her price point is unbeatable. Although we hired her as our caterer, she went above and beyond in so many ways. For example, we had over 20 kids attending our wedding. She brought a kids table with fruit snacks and gold fish to accommodate all of the littles. This was her idea and was so appreciated by our guests with kids. In addition, I sent her photos of the theme and she matched all the catering decor accordingly. It turned out beautiful. Most important, her food is AMAZING. Everything is made from scratch and delicious. Our guests raved about the food, especially the desserts. Bridget is the BEST and you will not regret working with her!! read more

We had Incahoots cater my father's birthday bash. The food was so tasty. They have the best pulled pork and their tri-tip sandwich is to die for. I especially love their berry spinach salad. We ordered Incahoots for our wedding rehearsal dinner. The food was great and the service was excellent!

The atmosphere is great! The food , not so good, with the exception of the salad bar and French fries. The smoked chicken sandwich was dry and barely edible. The ribs had no flavor and came out in a weird fatty slab. Maybe 3 edible, ribs. The tri-tip sandwich was very, pathetically small with like 3 slices of very thin tri-tip. My husband chose the salad instead of fries but the sandwich came out without any garnish. Not a pickle, nothing, which didn't help. Plus, it was overpriced, which is why I chose to leave a review! If smoked food is your claim, please work on your quality control! read more

This restaurant is very rustic, the staff which is the owner and one waitress very nice very professional however the food was not as we expected. We ordered prime rib the brisket and pulled pork for take-out order with the salads and the garlic mashed potatoes the side orders are OK however the meat was not as good as we had to spend for the price. read more

Great food, friendly servers. They seem to be struggling to hire good help, but most of the people there are very nice.

Nice atmosphere & great service, but the food was just okay. The boneless ribs were dry & tough, as were the rolls. The coleslaw was delicious, so A+ on that. I tried to order soda but that's not an option. Someone from the kitchen yelled "I'm against soda." That sounded judgmental & would have preferred something like "sorry we don't have that". I ordered beer instead and that was tasty. I won't be dining here again. The price is too high for the poor quality of cooking. read more

If I could give no stars I would. The owner of this establishment is a thief and very unprofessional when it comes to her catering business. I went here to taste test their food to decide whether I wanted them to cater my wedding. The food was delicious which is why we decided to go with them to cater the wedding. The lady said she had another wedding that day but if we chose the same food she could cater our wedding as well. We agreed to that and my mother paid her a deposit. Weeks went by and she was supposed to meet with my wedding coordinator at the venue for the wedding, she didn't show and would not answer any of our calls. So, naturally we had to find another caterer, on a pretty short notice. My father ended up emailing Bridget and she sent back a nasty email basically telling him to f**k off and that he would not be getting the deposit back. I personally loved the food, but i will never go back here or refer this establishment to anyone. read more

I don't know how we've lived here this long and never been in. We went to the 'all you can eat' BBQ Ribs night and what a feast! Homemade slaw, mac & cheese, toasted dinner roll, bunkhouse beans and ribs, ribs, ribs accompanied by homemade BBQ sauces. The food was delicious, the prices very reasonable, and the service was quick and friendly. We will eat there again, for sure! read more

Incahoots catered my wedding in October 2015. We couldn't have been happier! Bridget, the owner, was personable, efficient, very knowledgeable about everything from food pairings to linens and set up, and, overall, extremely helpful and accommodating. She worked with us from start to finish and went above and beyond to provide amazing service. The day of the wedding, she showed up early, set everything up just as we had planned, and arrived on time to clean up. Most importantly, the food was delicious! We received a lot of compliments on the pulled pork sliders, the kale salad with creamy cilantro dressing was incredible, and the potatoes wrapped in bacon were a big hit. One of the best home town bbq've ever eaten at. Slow night tonight for them but great for us so the service and attention to detail were 2nd to none. Had the prime rib done just right and the St. Louis ribs. Loved the dry rub, no sauce necessary. Highly recommend. read more
