Went in for a belly button piercing after reading some reviews that mentioned how great Anthony was and I can tell you they weren't wrong. I've had my belly button pierced twice before and each time I thought I was going to pass out but this time it didn't hurt at all! He was so kind and helped ease my nerves just by listening to me. I went to the Friday the 13th tattoo event they were having which was my first time. Got there super early because if you know how these events are they're going to be super busy. Not a problem, I'm a patient person it's no fucking sweat. Couple people in front of me. When the event started don don gave his spiel of the rules which is very clear! Be patient, basically treat them with respect and they will treat you with respect. If you're rude, you will be kicked out and basically banned and if you write a fake review you will be blasted, very clear stuff but people can't comprehend stuff and make stuff up. I will say this I do regret not bringing my water Stanley because it was hot as balls but getting my tattoo I do not regret at all!! While my visit Don Don interacted with us, made us feel important and gave us cool prizes. I've been to a different Friday the 13th event at another tattoo place and they didn't do the things he has done, Even though the owner was there. You guys are fudging awesome :) the vibes were chill af, the owner & his crew are dope people with sick tunes bumping and a receptionist who is a total sweetheart. I hope you guys keep tattooing and make this event happen again because it was fun and worth it. Do not listen to the haters because in this life no matter what you do someone always complains and ruins it. Don't let this one person discourage you, you guys are doing amazing! This is the only place I will come to for any of my piercings. Anthony is the man to go to! He is super cool and you don't feel a thing when he does them. They accept cash only for piercings but they do have a small ATM if you forget cash ($2-$3 fee at the atm) The vibe in the shop is super cool and relaxing so it makes you feel really comfortable. 2 months ago, i wrote them on their instagram page asking if they did ear piercings on a 7 Month old & i got a response that they did. 1.5 months later, i walked in with my husband & baby & ask the guy at the front (long hair with glasses) if they did piercings on babies. He then told me, he wasn't sure & he would ask. I already knew the answer but asked anyways. 3 minutes passed & he came back saying, the person whom does the piercing was asking for the BABYS ID. my husband looked at him & tells him SHES A BABY? his response was "yeah i don't know." At the point we knew they did NOT want to do the service & we walked out. i've been going to this tattoo for 13 years & they've never disappoint until today. took my money elsewhere & was not asked for my baby's ID. i was only asked for MINE. read more

For $25, Tattoo 151 has severed its 5 year relationship with me as a customer. I came in on Oct. 23rd to get a double helix piercing. Once they were pierced, I was feeling very lightheaded and I was nearly toppling over. The piercer took care of me well by giving me a juice box to help with the light-headedness. Once I left and got home, I was able to focus and understand one of my helix piercing was in the wrong spot that was originally shown to me. I tried calling 10 minutes before they closed to tell them about this, but they did not answer. The shop was closed for the next two days, I do not have social media so I waited for Wednesday till they were opened. I called and the tattoo artist informed me that the piercer was out until Nov. 4th. He advised me to reach out to him via Instagram. I had my wife message him on her phone and his behavior was not reasonable and combative. I feel like he got defensive because I nowhere stated that he randomly pierced my ear. In addition, I had to wait another 2 weeks before having the opportunity to come get my re-piercing. TODAY, I came in to get my re-piercing and he tells me that he's not comfortable doing this because I could put another piercing in the hole he messed up on. And he wanted me to WAIT TILL NEXT WEEKEND for my ear to heal up in order to get the correct spot for piercing. I just think this is unbelievable and all of this trouble for a $25 piercing. This makes me feel like my 5 years of commitment to this shop doesn't matter and $25 means more than my future business with them. They do not have my commitment and they won't have any of my business anymore. If they would like to reach out to me at 6026325662 to resolve this, I'd be more than happy to because I want my piercing corrected, at no cost as I am not the one who mis-pierced my ear. read more

I went in to get both my Tragus' pierced. Going to a professional tattoo and piercing parlor I assumed i would get the right jewelry for the piercing. After a month of healing i noticed a bump forming on one of my tragus i went to another parlor, after calling Tattoo 151 and Anthony telling me it it was normal. At the new parlor I was told tattoo 151 used the wrong size and jewelry for my piercing. I have now spent over $100 due to going to the wrong parlor. read more

I've been pierced here a lot-- i've gotten both sides of my nose, my tongue, and my medusa done here. i've always had a really great experience. i went to get my belly button done there as well, and it was pierced completely wrong. a few days later, it got very red and swollen and hurt, but i couldn't get the jewelry out. i ended up having to go to a different piercing shop to get the jewelry out, and they explained to me how and where a correct belly button piercing should be. love their prices, but will not be returning. read more

Hi all, I'm reviewing after two months of (impulsively) getting my conch pierced when I visted with a friend who wanted to get her nose pierced. I had a very good experience here considering we had walked in without an appointment and the piercer had us both ready to go in less than 30 to 40 minutes. The piercer was calm and friendly, and told us exactly what we needed to do for aftercare. The reason I am giving 5 stars is because of the price. I got my conch pierced WITH JEWELERY for a $20 bill. I was honestly shocked. Considering that my piercing is healing just fine with soreness that only lasted about a week, I would definitely recommend this place. read more

They were very nice and it was quick and easy.. the only con I have is the nose piercing I got done was too small of a starter. my nose was slightly swollen around the pierced area (as it should be after getting a needle stabbed through) and it looked like the stud was getting sucked into my nose. It's healing well for me and I recommended them to a friend but the same thing happened to her except it actually went through her nose and her her skin covered it. I came here to get my right tragus piercing. Everyone was super nice and very friendly. The prices for their piercings are very reasonable, by far the cheapest I have ever paid. I did although have a major problem with the jewelry that they used on me. Being that I already had my left tragus pierced, I know that it is supposed to be done with a straight barbell. The piercer ended up using a curved bar, which actually makes it ten times hared to heal, not to mention it was sticking out almost an inch due to how long it was. I had to go somewhere else and pay more to have the right jewelry put it. If you are planning on coming to this shop for piercings make sure you know what the jewelry is supposed to look like & even ask them to see what they are using before letting them pierce you ! read more
