I went to this shop after being turned away from another since they had too many people before closing time. I was pretty determined to get these piercings done since I wanted these badly. Saw this shop was open and the first impression was already great -- they were very nice on the phone and was more than happy to provide pricing and wait time information. When getting there, you're greeted by the staff and you just tell them what you're looking for. Tattoos take appointments, but piercings are walk-in. And the good thing is they are opened late so if you're wanting something in the middle of the night, they got you. I had to wait a little bit since there were people ahead of me, but once it was your turn, it flied by and it was super quick. ALWAYS ask your questions during the piercing to ensure you have proper aftercare. Since the piercing goes by quickly, they usually send you off quick too. But always ask about the healing time and any solution you can use to clean it -- the staff was more than happy to provide that to me. The piercings were also very affordable even with tip being applied, it did not break the bank! The only downside is that the parking around the area is slim, but walking isn't too bad! I've been coming here for 2 months and have received both tattoos and piercings. Let me say that both have been killer! Angel is such a perfectionist and all my piercings I've received have been amazing! (Nose, eyebrow, double helix, lip, & a surface tragus) now this is the only place I trust. The overall environment is spooky/latin I'm taking saw on a bike and Vicente Fernández on the wall! Everyone here is so welcoming and no one is ever making you feel dumb by asking questions. The staff was really nice and chill, especially the piercer ( Aaron? Angel?) However, they really do need a new system for flash sales for tattoos/ piercings. My best friend went there yesterday to get a cheek dermal and this is how she left! Hole in her face, two scratches and no piercing! The piercer had his hand all over her face and was pushing down trying to get the piercing in and kept missing which led to him scratching her face with the jewelry. And then he said to her "maybe we can try the other side".. (obviously she said no) , and this is how she left. Not only that but her sister got her tongue pierced at the same time and it is not even centered and it is crooked. I had called and asked if I could go ahead and book and apt for a piecing and the guy on the phone told me there's no apts just walk ins. I get ready and drive from south phx to downtown Glendale ( which is half an hour ) . I get there and it's packed. I didn't mind that but what really irked me as lack of professionalism is that the employees just stared at me a couple times and didn't tell me anything. No " go ahead take a seat well be there shortly " or " sigh in this sheet" or at least " hello welcome " just awkward back and forth stares. It was super awkward for me as everyone stared at me. I stood there a bit and finally asked the people sitting if they were waiting to go next or on someone . No COVID distancing guidelines, everyone sat packed. Never returning here as I had been a prior customer. Highly unprofessional and clearly did not want my business. Rude. UPDATE: owner reached out to me saying I should've instead asked the employees questions. Then he proceeded to tell me my testimony is false. The whole point of my Yelp was that I was not greeted after standing there awkwardly by the door confused for so long and I wasn't not even acknowledged just stared at by everyone including the owner. The place is very clean and well-kept. I enjoyed to horror movie theme they had going throughout. I did a walk-in on Friday evening for 3 ear piercings and was seen by someone immediately. My wait was very short and I was promptly seen after I submitted my form and ID. Angel did my ear piercings (two lobes and a helix) and was very professional and helpful as it was my first time getting them done professionally. I got my septum done a couple months ago and the guy that did it was so kind. It was my first piercing ever and he was gentle and explained the whole process. Very nice atmosphere too. I ended up making funny noises when he did it cause I was nervous and he and the lady doing a tattoo on a customer behind me laughed and it just made me feel less nervous. It healed great and I had no issues as I kept it clean. My nose is really small and upturned so he had trouble finding the "sweet spot", but when he found it it went wonderfully.
