All of my jewelry is from them because the quality is unbeatable. Jasmine, Annie, and Ashley have all peirced me and done an excellent job. Their sterility is fantastic and I usually return for any healing issues. I have hardly ever had a problem with healing and even when I do I come back to them and they help me with great advice or adjustments. Their jewelry is expensive but honestly worth it and sooo cute! Plus, it will last so much longer and doesn't tarnish or degrade like other ones I've bought in the past. I usually book online for same-day appointments and have had good success with getting in.

When he gets the deposit payment he will block your number and block you personally on all social media. When you show up to his shop to get your money back he threatens to physically assault you even though he was the one to steal money from his customers. I recently called him out on social media because my friends were scammed by him he tried to threaten me as well. This shop needs to be shut down!!!! The police have been notified as well as federal authorities of the fraud being committed by this tattoo shop.

Not an issue but I felt as though the piercer tried to upsell me and pressured me to buy new jewelry. While the piercer had the earring halfway through my ear another lady came into the room and was distracting the piercer while she was working, making it super stressful and rushed as they had other clients. I was super disappointed in customer service as well, I had called ahead and they told me to walk in and nobody came to the counter to talk to me for at least 10 minutes. Having been to multiple piercing establishments, this didn't feel well run. I ended up having to pay about 70 dollars for basic jewelry and my ear was super irritated by the end of it. Again, I'm grateful for them changing my earring but honestly this could have all been avoided if they just looked at the earring I had brought in and told me it was too small. I was also put off because they didn't have paper on their chair and just had it wiped clean.
