I booked an appointment for the 3rd of January, this establishment had serviced me couple years ago and I really enjoyed the results and service so I booked again to start of my new year. I received the generated email confirming my appointment and planned my day because I am 2 1/2 hours away from the location but was more than willing to drive for my service. I received a call a hour 1/2 before my appointment but missed it do to me being in LA traffic and weather was scary so I ended up missing the call, however I did not receive a message, I gave the establishment a call back a few minutes later when I noticed the call and no voicemail but I reached a voicemail. I continued to the establishment because again there was not voicemail canceling my session nor an email asking for a reschedule. I reached the location to learn the had closed early. As the injector was preparing to use Botox, I noticed that the vile said expiration of January 2025. I asked her if the Botox was expired. The front desk girl tried charging me full price at the end. The discount was given out of a one time "courtesy" after I asked multiple people, multiple times what your prices and discounts are and everyone was clueless. The price I paid was not the "special" price I was called about, nor was I ever informed that you raised your prices drastically. It's not my responsibility to ask each time I make an appointment. There is a huge lack of professionalism and transparency. If the manager at least got off his phone to talk to me directly, I wouldn't have to express my disappointment here. I have been coming to Allure for years to have laser hair removal and recently I decided to have botox for an overseas special occasion. The nurse Nune, did the injection to my 11's and center top lip. After 3 weeks I noticed a, very slight effect on my 11's and no difference to my lip injected. The treatment was $168 Due to my trip overseas and Thanksgiving, I could not go back to the office for 4 weeks.. Upon returning today to have an assessment the nurse agreed that the treatment did not use the correct amount of Botox for my desired outcome. First off, when I walked in to the salon, some man was on the phone in the office with the door open. He was having a disgusting rude and unprofessional conversation on the phone. He even continued his conversation after finding out I was waiting in the room, I found out later that the owners have changed. The owners have changed and the new owners have raised the prices DRASTICALLY. I used to pay $20 for underarms, just like all other laser places. I went last month for my session. They did not notify me that they had a change in ownership and prices. I did my laser session for 3 areas and usually I pay around $130-$150 for all 3 areas. They ended up charging me over $300 for the same areas. When I confronted them, they told me that the new owner has raised the prices from $20 to $80. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go in there. read more

I made an appointment online & it had a15 minconsultation plus appointment option. I picked both & went in to get my lips done. on line it stated that consultation was free. I spend $600 on Restylane. I added and $80 dollar tip at check out because I felt the doctor was nice, she made me feel comfortable. We spoke about me coming back to get some Botox done on my forehead and upper lip. When I went back on July 11th I got the remainder of my lip filler done and decided to only get my forehead. after my appointment I went to check out and got charged $50 dollar consultation fee. And $13 for 16 units of botox. totaling $258 total. I could have sworn the injector Told me I was getting 12 units, however they said I mis herd then and it was 16. I'm fine with paying for the 16, however, she then went ahead and charged me a $50 dollar consultation fee on top of my bill. I asked why and the women at the counter said that she didn't charge me the consultation fee the first time. And since I spoke to the doctor about the treatment that I needed to pay for the consultation. mind you, consultation was free when I booked on line, with purchase of treatment. she said follow up touch ups wouldn't need a consultation fee. This was my second time coming back and i was disappointed that they sneaked that in there. Beware of price change and also nothing stated as free, is really free. They still try and get you in the end. It's sad because I really like this place and was happy with the treatment. I'm a good paying customer and I won't be Coming back. read more

I was asked to undress & then while I lay there naked I was told they couldn't do the service because of the antibiotics. The technician said she would meet me at the front. She didn't meet me. The receptionist tried to make it my fault by saying that the text message they sent me would have avoided confusion. This was my first time & last time at this location. I've been getting the PB serum facials by Azniv for about 2 months and the results are amazing. I was hesitant in doing the PB because it's costly and unconventional. But Azniv took her time with my skin, examined it and believed it would give me the best results. After doing about 4 of these (every 2 weeks) my acne and years of scars are healing and I couldn't be happier. Worth the investment! Highly recommend! Laser sessions: I had a total of 3 full legs sessions and on my third session I had bumps on my legs and was told by the nurse that was the reaction I wanted on my skin due to the laser. During my 3rd appointment mid-session she had to replace the mist cartridge and we had to wait for it to update. While I laid on the bed the nurse was on her phone (I was undressed, with no pants and made me feel uncomfortable) and since the update was taking long the nurse left the room twice and would come in to check if it was done. My mother in law had 3 sessions, upper lip and 3 sessions underarms. On her 3rd session, she felt the laser on her teeth when being worked on the upper lip. She expressed it was painful. Now appointments: Twice the receptionist said they had booked an appointment for both of us and come the day of the appointment and we were both not found in the system for appointments. After the second time, I expressed I was extremely disappointed and was told they had absolutely no appointments for the next month and a half. Given that our appointments had to be within 4-6weeks for the first 6 treatments I had no follow up call after my name was placed on the waiting list. read more

only writing this review as a warning for new or returning clients of allure: i've been a loyal client here for a few years now for laser facial hair removal because the prices were once fair, i would normally pay $30-$35 for partial face hair removal. however at my most recent appointment, i was expected to pay more than double that price, a total of $79, for my usual service. i was genuinely shocked by this price increase because there was no prior email/call/text notice that there would be such drastic price changes for the new year. i would've at least expected any of the staff to update me once i checked in but they all also failed to do so. i was updated only after i got my service done and i was getting ready to pay. to make matters worse, i was also updated at that exact moment that allure no longer offers partial face hair removal and that the only option is full face hair removal so i'd be paying for a full face service regardless if i only had partial face done, as if that makes any logical sense? in hindsight, this honestly felt like a set up because had i known about such drastic changes before being serviced i would have immediately cancelled my appointment. i obviously paid for my services but i am absolutely appalled by the lack of professionalism allure has as a business and i will never be returning. read more
