After my skin rejuvenation treatment, Brynn immediately reached out to follow up and check on my skin, even contacting me the next day to ensure everything was going well. She consistently goes above and beyond to accommodate my scheduling needs, and every time I visit, she greets me with a warm smile. Honestly, I would hire her for my own company without hesitation her client care is outstanding. The facility itself is clean and the nurses who performed my laser and skin rejuvenation treatments were also professional, kind, and thorough. The only downside to this location is that it's only open two days a week, which sometimes requires me to drive to Santa Monica for appointment accommodations. Eleana was very nice at the front and made sure to walk me through the process on how laser treatment will work. I decided to start with my under arms and focus on my face, due to acne. My experience here over all was great. My tech Lucine made sure to double check if I was taking any certain medications or putting specific products on my face to make sure I do not get any bad reaction. Katie was wonderful: she really took the time to listen to my skin concerns (hyperpigmentation) and gauge my pain tolerance before adjusting the procedure as needed. She also went over my skin care routine and discussed what options would be best and precautions. The laser skin rejuvenation was super easy, and I had the added benefit of Katie, a nurse (and certified instructor) consulting on my skin care routine. This week I had my first session in a series of treatments to remove a small tattoo. Honestly, I didn't know what to expect. Everyone says it's super painful and ridiculously expensive. Luckily, that wasn't my experience at all--thanks to Lucine, who did the procedure, and Emely, who sets up the packages and scheduling. Lucine put me at ease right away and walked me through the process, explaining the science behind how the pigment breaks down. It definitely stung, but not nearly as bad as I thought it would. Lucine was quick and efficient, which helped keep the discomfort to a minimum. So far, it's healing up nicely. Still there, but over time it will be gone. I'm looking forward to continuing the process with them. They're a great duo. Emily helped set me up with a treatment package that made sense financially--way more reasonable than some other places I looked into (some were charging twice as much for the same service).
