if i could put no stars i would, whatevr you do, do not go to vince oquendo!!! he is an asshole, hes rude, he is a rip off and he will take advantage of you if he can! he gave me an absess, he flat out told me no when i told him what i wanted my tattoo to say, and he refused to refund my deposit, which is the policy i understand, but if you got something you didnt ask for, you were told no when you requested your tattoo be the photo that you asked for, and then get an absess, and he was so painful, i been tattooed on by 8 artists he was intentionally hurting me so he didnt have to proceed, he charged me $350 for an outline of a pocket watch and kept my $80 deposit, unfortunately after complaining to the owner, for some unknown reason the owner refused to step in and refused to help me at all. what kind of place doesnt do anything to erradicate customer complaints? i have dr note with proof i got an absess from the tattoo, from him digging into my bone i was bleeding so badly. i am dumfounded! i chose this shop due to its reputation but was blown away by all this!. i am sure if i was set up with anyone except vince this would not of been my expierience, he is a real a***!!! he treats people like hes better then you, looks and talks to people like they are stupid. its beyond me why the owners refuse to do anything when i found many many complaints on this so called artist!. honestly when i looked at his portfolio i was kind of taken back it was no where near as good as all the other artists in that shop. do not go here because if anything goes wrong, no one will help you. i would not of submit a review if someone in management had taken action and helped me to at least fix my tattoo or refund me at least partially. i suggest going anywhere else but here. read more

Top Notch treatment! We ran into a problem finding a local piercing expert on the day my daughter wanted her piercing. When I called I spoke to someone that was incredibly friendly but not overly so that it made me wonder what drugs they were on...lol. He didn't have the answer to the question I had but suggested that he call me back. I was worried he was just getting me off the phone but he called back within 5 minutes and welcomed us to come to the shop asap. When we arrived we waited a short 5-10 min while Trino was helping another client. He was super kind, clear and professional. You never know what you're going to get in a tattoo shop, especially when you go in blind without a referral. If it wasn't for the first professional treatment when I called, I may have never gone out there. They are 30 miles from my home. Now I might even consider referring even local friends to drive to them because they did a great job. read more

I am a well traveled tattooed client, and have never had an experience quite like the one i have had at tattoo revolution. My husband has been a client of this shop for quite some time, but due to our traveling circumstances i have not had a chance to go in and get tatted there. So the other day i went in and had an amazing experience. The customer service is wonderful as everyone greets you immediately. the shop is very well kept and super clean. the tattoo artist i had spent a lot of quality time with me making sure we were on the exact same page as to what i will have permanently stuck on my body. after measuring everything perfectly he was so amazing at this TALENT he has! this is by far my favorite tattoo. now i know why my husband will not allow me to go anywhere else. I will for sure recommend EVEY ONE here so they can have the same experience as i did. read more

My brother had his tattoos done by Aaron long before Aaron when to work at Tattoo Revolution, and he was doing excellent work back then. When I wanted a tattoo for my back, I had an idea of what I wanted, my brother suggested going to Aaron. All I had to do was tell Aaron what my idea was, and he came back with something more beautiful than I imagined. He was very friendly, the place is very clean, I was able to make an appointment, and I was in and out in no time. It's on the middle of my back and when I tell people I have one, if they want to see it, I have no problem letting them pull my shirt down because I'm so proud of it...I even tell them I wish I would have gotten it somewhere else on my body where I could look at it more often! I first went to Manuel about 3 1/2 years ago with an idea and he went above and beyond, my honey went to him to start the process of his sleeve that no one else would touch and it was amazing. I went back again to get my fathers portrait and to have him fix a tattoo a "friend" did and I was/am still ecstatic of the outcome. The GM of the huge department store that I work for cannot compliment me enough on my art and has stated he would like to stop by the shop next time he is in Cali!!! This shop is hands down the most friendly, clean and accommodating tattoo shop I have ever been in. Each station has a flat screen tv and they are either watching sports, awesome tv shows or kick ass movies. Everybody in the shop acts like family as they are joking around, pranking each other or helping out. They've even asked if I wanted anything to eat when they are going to get food. Brent Vann is the artist that did my sleeve. It's been 2 years and the color still looks "fresh". I have personally been tattooed at this shop by aaron funk and vince oquendo on numerous occasions and been extremely pleased with there work and level of professionalism both times as well as the professionalism of everyone else in the shop i would recomend this shop to anyone interested in getting a tattoo, or piercing (my sister, wife, and numerous family members and friends have all been tattoed here as well) there is always a laid back vibe here as well as excellent tunes and usally quiet a few laughs. Aaron Funk is aaaaamazing! I have had all my work done by him and even though I live in Florida,I will go to no one else. My mom,my husband,my cousin and sooo many of our friends all have gotten amazing work done by Aaron. I will always send people to Aaron,even over here in Fl. Went in was helped by a blonde bigger dude who was so rude asked what I wanted cut my response off by "yea I got it" and went to draw for my others tats shops always ask in detail what I wanted! He came back with ugly goth writing when I said girly. It was the size of Texas when I small and he also refused to go smaller he was a dick and I wouldnt recommend him to anyone. read more

My experience here was pretty great to say the least. Trino took me as a walk in for a nose piercing and he was so professional and kind, I'm glad he did it.
