She was right. For the first time in years and years, my lymphedema is fully under control. Kate is extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful and considerate, but what really sets her apart is that she doesn't just follow a standard routine. She figured out exactly what I needed and was creative in finding solutions that have helped me in more ways than I ever expected. For a while, the construction on 1604 made getting there a little difficult, but thankfully that's over. Frankly, it wouldn't have mattered to me--I would go just about anywhere to see Kate. After more than 20 years of dealing with lymphedema, I never expected to have it this well controlled. I'm incredibly grateful my doctor recommended Kate, and I can't recommend her highly enough.

That was three years ago and now I can't say enough great and wonderful things about Kate, my therapist, and Alante. Three years ago Kate educated me on what I was up against and then educated me on what I could do about it. She took the time to explain equipment, diet, attitude, and consistency would go a long way toward slowing the progression of my disease, as it is not curable. Kate was always available to me and answered my email questions and continued to be my cheerleader. Which brings us to this review. I went in yesterday for my three year evaluation...no noticeable progression!!!! I even lost some circumference in my leg. I can honestly say that Kate's excitement for me was at the same level of excitement I had. Professionalism, education, and compassion is what you will find at Alante and especially with Kate.

They have been understanding and kind. I happened to have a casual chat with the owner in the waiting area one day without knowing it! He is a very nice and approachable person. He said they have high expectations for their pediatric staff and have known many of them for over 10 years. I got a great speech eval and was given a good idea of my son's ongoing needs and continued challenges. The OT room is so fun! The therapists are very knowledgeable and care for the work they do. I have been extremely happy with PTS. They also hold MOCAA meeting here! So great! Its a support group for moms with children/teens on the spectrum. They also hold storytime here for kids which I have heard is soooo fun and engaging.

He has been going to OT for about 2 years or so for an immature nervous system & sensory processing disorder. Kim has been amazing to work with. She really understands our son and has helped us understand him. She noticed about a year ago that his eyes were not converging and referred us to OCVT for vision therapy. We are so happy at the progress Memo is making. His reading & writing have come so far as well as his overall coordination and overcoming some developmental delays. He is a work in progress but we couldn't have done it without the team at PTS but especially Kim! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Kim!!

As luck would have it, I suffered a right knee injury towards the end of my shoulder rehab. Prior to shadowing him, I had heard that he was a brilliant doctor but it really wasn't until I started shadowing him that I got to know just how good he really is. This man oozes professionalism. His demeanor when dealing with customers is very welcoming, patient and comforting. I know that patients coming to see a doctor want to be treated with importance and be confident that they are really getting the best care. That is the feeling I got when I saw his patients interacting with him. I've seen him correct the mistakes other surgeons have made with his patients. I've seen him go head first and without hesitation clean the feet of an elder gentleman with advanced diabetes when he could have had one of his nurses do it for him. In the past, I have come across and heard of many doctors who look dissatisfied with their job and desensitized to the plight of their patients but Dr. Sayeed restored my faith in doctors and replenished my desire to enter the medical field. This man very clearly loves his job and he gave me the perfect example of how I need to deal with my patients once I start taking them. As dramatic as this sounds, I'm writing this now after just thinking about how my experience by his side has changed my views and life for the better. If you don't have him as your orthopedic surgeon, you are doing yourself a disservice.

He is professional yet warm and explains things in a way that anyone can understand. He also shows you the X-rays and MRI's and explains to you what you are seeing and then discusses options with you. The surgeries were not without hiccups, they never are, but there was never any doubt in my mind that the outcome would be less than discussed. Dr Sayeed did not know until my first surgery that I was a retired nurse, it made no difference. I wish other doctors and their staff could take a page from his office standards and understand that it's not just the clinical part that needs to be excellent but the people interaction also makes a big difference in the healing process. I do not hesitate to refer people to Dr. Sayeed and have on several occasions (including my son). He is an excellent surgeon, doctor and person. I hope this information helps you.

Transformative Recovery at Catalyst Physical Therapy - Highly Recommended!…read moreI had been unable to walk or bear weight on my right leg for two full years, with my muscles atrophied to the point where I relied on a walker for mobility. My first experience with another physical therapy group lasted 8.5 months, but their mundane exercises lacked focus on rehabilitating my hip, leaving me no closer to independence--I was still dependent on the walker. Switching to Catalyst Physical Therapy was a game-changer. In just 10 weeks, I've made incredible progress and am on the verge of ditching the walker in favor of a cane. This milestone feels monumental! I have nothing but praise for the therapists at Catalyst. Walking into the waiting room, you'll often hear unsolicited endorsements from other patients--about half the time, someone will chime in, declaring it the best physical therapy they've ever experienced, with results far superior to anywhere else. What sets Catalyst apart is Jorge Guerrero's leadership in selecting and overseeing a team of exceptional therapists who truly understand injuries, the human body, and the precise rehabilitation needed. Their treatments are targeted, goal-oriented, and designed to restore normal function by addressing the specific areas requiring attention. Based on my transformative journey, there's no other physical therapy practice I'd trust or recommend more highly. I give Catalyst Physical Therapy the highest possible rating--5 stars all the way! If you're seeking real results, this is the place to go.

But I worked for a rehab therapy agency for 11 years and saw how much good comes when patients are treated by A+ therapists. In May 2021 I fell in the shower and tore my rotator cuff after already struggling with frozen shoulder; I needed pain relief and rehab STAT. I was evaluated and treated by Michael Landin, PT, and depended on him for pain relief for two years. After shoulder rehab ended, my whole body needed a lot of attention, but no matter what we tried I wasn't really improving. When Mike left in April of 2023, I transferred to Jorge, because I had watched him for two years and knew he was the best PT I had ever seen, and, well, only the best for this princess! TBH, I was so loyal to Mike that it took me some time to trust Jorge completely but letting him treat me was definitely the right decision. Jorge works hard to figure out my weird body, and I am extremely grateful for his sharp skills and superior knowledge. He has helped me make so much progress and I can finally feel and see the difference in my body. I now trust him implicitly and credit him with helping me more than any health care practitioner ever has. I seek to surround myself with people who inspire me and Jorge does so without fail WHILE helping me heal and figure out my body's quirks. I usually leave feeling like I learned something and can grow into a healthier version of me. Obviously, I am a believer and could proselytize all day, but the bottom line is you should consider this place if you need PT, you WILL NOT be sorry!
