When I need new glasses, I love going to Crystal because she always helps me pick out the best frames for my face and I get so many compliments. She goes out of her way to help you. She's always friendly and patient. A few years ago, I started having problems with contacts and couldn't wear them anymore. I was pretty bummed but Crystal didn't give up on me though, she ordered a ton of samples for me to try out until we finally found the one contact that didn't irritate my eye. As a new patient, my visit started off great -- check-in, wait time, and the appointment with the doctor were all positive. However, the checkout experience was disappointing. The gentleman assisting me seemed rushed, little to none info and after purchasing contacts (which I've never worn before), nothing was explained. I received two cases and boxes that weren't marked, and later realized they were different prescriptions for each eye. I tried calling the office manager and left a voicemail but never received a callback. If you're a new patient, make sure to ask detailed questions because important information may not be explained. I am hesitant to visit multi practice specialties, because I fear that I'll just be herded in and out without any personal care, but that is not the case here, despite their large patient population they are very efficient and kind and they make you feel like they do personally care about you and your vision. Managed to get something in my eye that caused irritation and felt better safe than sorry and have an expert opinion on the matter. I reached out to Tatum Eyecare which was able to get me in for a same day eye appointment. I was paired up with Dr. Kenneth O'Daniel who is AMAZING! The Dr. listened to my concerns and was able to quickly and confidently come up with an action plan. Great laid back personality and down to earth. So happy I was paired with Dr. O'Daniel, because he is the only eye doctor I want to deal with going forward. Bonus, there was a coupon for the eye drops I needed and Dr. O'Daniel was able to provide that to me, which saved me a bunch! SCAMMERS!! Consumers beware!! This establishment has extremely shady business practices. I got my initial eye exam and Dr. Wong over corrected me. I had to go back and tell THEM what I wanted for my prescription. That was the start of the relationship. After that, the front desk staff was absolutely atrocious with the way they handle their business. Lilly got my initial order totally wrong, TOTALLY. They tried to blame ME for their lack of listening and asking questions. When I asked to speak with Lilly to find out what went wrong with the communication she was never available, how convenient. She never returned my phone calls even though I was promised multiple times she would. When I finally went in to pick up the last portion of my order they were trying to serve me a bill that they couldn't even explain. After going around in circles with the manager she finally said to me if you continue with that attitude I will raise the price. Excuse me? How can you just raise the price?? That sounds like insurance fraud? There should be a set price based off retail cost and what my insurance is covering. I have reported this company to my insurance provider and I don't recommend anyone to go here, ever. read more

I've been going to Dr Fuller for more years than I can remember. Followed them when they moved and their current office is fantastic. I'd highly recommend them. I'd also say some of the negative reviews are more about folks not understanding their insurance benefits. They're honest and provide great quality. You can always look for cheaper glasses elsewhere without any pressure. I've never been charged for a copy of my prescription either. Highly recommend this optometry practice. read more

This office is ran so efficiently, from the moment you walk in the door, you're greeted from a friendly staff member, they get you checked in quickly. I waited just a few minutes before I was called back. My eye exam was easy! I opted for the light photo that replaced those nasty drops the dilate your eyes, making them blurry and looking like you just got beamed down from a spaceship! results were explained very well! I never felt rushed, the Dr. made sure that I had all my questions answered. The best part, I was NEVER pressured into buying frames and lenses. I was given my eye prescription, and talked with a nice employee who helped me look at some frames, in case I wanted a pair of custom readers. My prescription is just for reading, which I decided to just purchase over the counter readers. My main concern was to check my eye heath, and get a baseline for my aging eyes! Loved my experience, and will continue to come here for regular check ups! UPDATE: 08/07/19 I feel compelled to write about my incredible experience with Dr. Kenneth O'Daniel, he is such a caring and incredible Doctor. Have gone to Costco optical for years, but no more. Dr. Fuller was really good. He took much more time and went into MUCH greater detail than the Costco OD. They have the latest equipment and a huge selection of well priced frames. Optician Monika helped me choose a great pair of frames and offered logical and practical upgrades. I had never realized why anti glare glasses are always smudged...but now I do and will have a pair with a better coating. The customer service experience is pretty close to perfect.
