My family came to visit from San Diego. The KJ didn't put us in to sing our first song until 15-20 singers had sung. Some of which were repeats. At the end of the night we asked if we could sing together since karaoke was going to end. She told us if we had time and then she went ahead and sang a song herself and we did not get to sing. The worst part was that the bartender ripped us off. We gave a card to start a tab. Then other members of the group gave cash to pay for rounds twice. At the end of the night we were charged the entire bill and didn't notice until we got home that night. He asked if we were putting the rounds on the tab and we insisted no we have cash for this one. We tipped on top of that and so he helped himself to a very healthy tip by taking our cash and charging our card for the entire night. Disappointed and would never return. read more

Fun bar! I came while I waited to meet up with some friends flying in to Den and this was near our airbnb. I enjoyed a couple rounds of pool, a Kolsh and an IPA, and best of all, made some new friends (Johnny, Anna, Jean paul, Ed, Jimmy). Bartender was friendly and prices were good. Karaoke 5 nights a week and they stay open till 2 am!! There's a great ambiance in this establishment that makes me not want to leave. It's cozy and definitely has that authentic dive bar character. Also a great place to watch sports with lots of TVs. All-Star staff. The owner used to look like a caveman, which was cool. read more

This place is a cool karaoke bar. My friends took me out here for my birthday and we absolutely had this place hyped up with our energy and vibe. I had a freakin' blast to say the least. The pickle shots are my favorite. The drinks are great and the bartenders are nice as well and fast paced. The have a pool table, a dance floor (which we danced all night on), the bathrooms are clean, there's a back door with a little spot to take a smoke break. It's really my new favorite spot to meet my friends. Also the DJ got everyone to sing happy birthday to me! read more

A dive among dives. Came here for karaoke on Friday (they do karaoke every night, Weds-Sun per their signs). We got there early to grab a table (karaoke started at 9). Drinks are strong and cheap. I think our drinks were like...$6 or $7 each. The tables all have leather-y rolly chairs which are comfortable, but the wheels don't quite fit between/next to the table legs, so you're frequently kind of sticking out from your table and almost hitting people near you. But still comfy chairs. Karaoke started promptly at 9 with the host singing the first tune to get things started. The other host takes your name/song title and was very friendly. They have a list of who's up next on the screen so you can keep an eye out, but they also announce when it's your turn. Music is not painfully loud and the microphone was not screeching like it sometimes does at other places. Had a fun time there with some friends, but I would only go there for karaoke. It wouldn't necessarily be my vibe for just 'hanging' out on another night. read more

This is my favorite bar around. If you want great football watching, chess, pool, darts etc. This is the place. A great friend recommended this place, and I now wish I had been born here. Seriously, if you want to get away from the crowd and watch your favorite teams without a bunch of transplants taking over, this is the place. I'm from the city if Chicago, and this place is a God damn gem. Thank God for awesome places like this! It's a quarter after one on all we are a little bit. I want to say that the tavern on the 26th is awesome! We had karaoke at William drinks and I had a phenomenal time! This is a dive among dives, but not in a good way. I have found the door to be locked even though there is plenty of time per Google Maps, Apple Maps, and viewing patrons inside. One time, there was a weird guy just standing and staring into empty space. The staff could've been friendlier too. read more

Went in late on a Thursday for a little Karaoke, they had a good little crowd and some good singers. seemed to be a lot of regulars. The staff was friendly and knew what they were doing. One of the best of the beaten path spots minutes from downtown and Edgewater. Killer tacos, wonderful staff, and classic down home bar vibes. But, their best kept secret (that shouldn't be) is their Tuesday night open mic comedy. Christine the host curates off the wall and entertaining evenings of laughs with monthly showcases too that bring in heavy hitters from Comedy Works CO and around the country and the showcases are usually free!!!! 5 star review based on first time there. (Plan to go back!) I was having my oil changed at Lube and Latte (great place) and I like to go to Senor Burritos and enjoy tacos while I wait. Well, they're closed on Tuesdays. So I strolled over to Tavern on 26th. I had two of their tacos and they did not disappoint! So good (get extra napkins!) They have a very limited menu. I'd probably stick with the tacos. Service was perfect and it was a friendly environment. I'll be back soon! read more

I visit Tavern on 26th every time I get to make it into town! Wonderful, lively atmosphere with even better service. All the bartenders I have got to chat with have provided amazing service and are very kind. I've been a Denver comic since March of 2018. My lovely & talented BFF, Christine has been running the comedy open mic every Tuesday for over a year. It's one of my favorite mics! Great room! The food menu is awesome!! I always get the chili dog (YUMMM) or the Caseydilla!!! They're both so so good!!!
