Hey Sal This is drew , still trying to contact you , Because you said a year ago that you had my money from coming up on 3years . How's your bar doing ? I hope its ok and what you thought it would be when we helped you create it . Ie, ..all the interior build out . Its obviously been hard to collect the 1,252.00 that you still owe me , if you won't answer any of my many messages . I'm hoping that this message will remind you of your obligation to pay me for all that work on your bar , the Cove , on Alameda . We even worked on that Easter to get you open . Remember ? Enlight of this financial oversight im trusting you will respond to me now and take care of your responsibility to me with this outstanding payment . Thanks Drew Fowler 7206681934

The best low-key, cash-only type, bar in Denver west. 2 pool tables, nice bar top. Legit.

The wings were cooked perfectly and packed with flavor, and the queso was the perfect starter to share. The atmosphere was awesome, the service was friendly and attentive, and the food definitely delivered. Great spot to hang out, grab some drinks, and enjoy good food. When he came conform our dinner order I told him the couple of things I was considering and he suggested the Reuben. I asked about the French onion soup and he said it's usually good but sometimes the kitchen doesn't pay attention and it gets really salty. Said they'd taste it to make sure. My friend had a side of Mac and cheese and the pulled pork sandwich. He brought the Mac and cheese and soup out first. The soup was way too salty and the Mac and cheese didn't have much flavor but the sandwiches were good. When I told him the soup was too salty he pretty much said yeah I told you it could happen. No apology no offer to remove it from the bill, nothing just kind of an I told you so. That was frustrating. All in all dinner was average but it was pretty cool watching the rain from our seat next to the window and we weren't rushed to leave when we were finished while we waited for the rain to lighten up so we could walk back. The restaurant and bar have a nice bar feel, lots of booths and tables for the size of the dining room, and there's mother bar area I didn't see until we were leaving.

I said it was the best burger I ever ate. My husband, whose hobbies include crushing joy with logic, said, "No it wasn't. It was an ordinary burger. You only think it's amazing because you almost died." Had to settle that debate, so we tried it without the kill-me-hike warmup this time. Food I don't like my burgers swimming in their own juicy filth. And these burgers are dry, juicy, beefy, and didn't almost drown in their own fat. Even the bun (brioche, I think) stayed dry as summer heat. Plus, their fries are that kind that almost seem battered. Crisp on the outside, potato-y on the inside. We also tried the deviled eggs, which was a nice update to an old classic. Atmosphere This is perfectly casual with outdoor dining (great for dogs). Big umbrellas and coverage from the summer sun. I've never eaten inside because why. Service Perfectly competent. Nobody gave us a pony. Nobody accidentally set us on fire. The food arrived quickly, while the check took its own scenic route through the restaurant. Everyone was friendly. No complaints. Value Expensive burgers at $18-22 each. But I only have burgers a few times a year, so when I do, I'm going to demand one of these from now on.

First, the place had several tvs and was not as busy as we thought. However the service was friendly and we were treated above and beyond. We sat in a booth and noticed a special of $10.99 for a salad, an entree and a dessert. I ordered a Caesar's salad, a sausage and olive individual pizza and for dessert the doughnut holes. Another in my party ordered a salad, a chicken and olive pizza and a cookie dessert. A third ordered the smash burger. Everything was pretty decent so I took some photos of our meals. The wait person gave the one person without a dessert a nice portion of ice cream as a special treat! We were all delighted by that gesture. Everything was good except for my doughnut holes which were not that good even with some included chocolate dipping sauce. Still for what we paid and the service I'd consider this place as well worth trying out. So we chatted and watched some of the sports on the tvs. All in all a nice time. The salads were quite good and the pizza was more than enough. As for the smash burger just look at the photos we took!

We came early enough that we got a booth no problem but note if you've got a larger party with little ones, you may have a wait - most of their seating options are high tops and they don't have highchairs. Now. Alaskan cuisine was a new one for me, but I was excited to try. We started our journey with some huckleberry old fashioneds. I love huckleberry and will always get it if available and this did not lead me astray. We started with crab dip which was a hit even with our baby. For the mains, my husband got the meatloaf platter and was obsessed. I had their specialty burger (a mix of beef and elk) that included arugula, goat cheese, jam and some onions - also top notch. To finish things off we got chocolate raspberry cheesecake and... Wow. Delectable. If it's not obvious, the food here is epic and I love the concept and theme. Will happily return next time we're in the area. That cheesecake though....

My son had the barbecue wings and they were very good. They had been smoked instead of just thrown in the fryer which was a nice touch. The blue cheese chips were really good as were the fish and chips. We had it with cod. Oh my goodness Yum next time my way to give the cheese ball a skip because it just wasn't my thing, but I knew that going in my husband wanted to try it though
