The salmon could have been seasoned a tad more, but it was hot and delicious. The coleslaw on top was cool and crisp. The sauce marries everything together perfectly. I started eating in the car, it smelled so good. When I got home I added some corn salsa and that set it off perfectly! If they add some corn salsa it will really be an A++. The Black Bean Chicken Grubb bowl was good. It's a hoppin jack. The chicken was really good, missing sour cream, but no complaints. Overall, I would definitely go back for the fried salmon taco.

I tried the white bean, lamb chorizo chili - or at least that's what I think it was called. It was excellent! If you order it, make sure you get it with the mint yogurt topping. Apparently they will be back in the weeks to come, so I plan on sampling a few of their other items. At this point, I cannot give it 5 stars simply based on one cup of chili. I may be back to update the rating soon. That being said...it seemed a little pricey. As my buddy said, they were "ballpark prices." 7 bucks for a brat - loaded or not - seems a little high. I think it was 8 bucks if you wanted to add sauerkraut. Even if they knocked that price down only a dollar, it would seem more reasonable and they'd still be making a profit.

I ended up with a total of 6 tacos for $30 dollars (insert forehead palm here). The tacos were really good. A bit soggier than I would have liked. The sauce was great as well!
