Tartare de boef

Great champagne and great wine selection. The friendly staff will for sure be able to help you find a good combination with the food! The food is simple, but great! A fair menu and most of the French classics are there. The steak tartare was great as well as the burger! Basic, but still good! And prices were very reasonable which makes this a place to visit both for lunch and a dinner. Make sure to sit outside and enjoy the vibrant city atmosphere!

Had lunch here. Good service, good food. Bathroom is tiny but not awful, easy walking distance from the louvre. Solid place.

My husband and I visited around 3:30pm on a Saturday so it wasn't busy at all. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had foie gras as a starter. It was our first time trying the dish so I'm not sure where it rates in comparison to others. It was very rich and paired well with toast and onion chutney it was served with. The waitress brought extra bread which was really nice. Due to preference, I probably wouldn't order foie gras again. For the entree, I had the tandoori chicken with rice. The rice was a little overcooked in my opinion, but it didn't ruin the dish for me. The chicken was tender and the sauce was so flavorful. Overall, I was very pleased. My husband had steak with potato gratin and béarnaise sauce, which he loved. The ambiance is relaxed and charming. We would definitely come back!

I was lucky to stay only a block away from this place. I loved it, the food was great, and the service so nice! They got out of their way to understand my bad french, and I loved their food. Their duck confit and gratin was amazing.. but OMG the gratin.. really, the best I have ever had.

This restaurant was perfect! Good food, good service. People were funny and smiling. We took house's burger and it was excellent. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone stay in this area of Paris. Be careful, the restaurant is pretty small, so it should worth to take a reservation ;-)

Best Croque Monsiuer that we have had in Paris. This is my new favorite go to dish in Paris. Cute restaurant, staff warmly greeted us and provide an English menu. The food was delicious, very enjoyable experience!!!!

Came back 3 times in one week for the best salmon tartar we have ever had!!! The only waitress in the restuarant handled over 10 tables like a pro! Highly recommended ...

We didn't have the energy to go far from the apartment we rented in Paris after today's trip to Giverny and ended up here by default.

Just finished a long bike ride to the Eiffel Tower and worked up an appetite. Decided to go straight to the main course. They are known for Au Gratins. My son is not a cheese fan so he opted for the norvigene (smoked salmon in dill lemon and EVOO. I decided to stick with the house specialty; Landais Au Gratin (cream potatoes, duck breast and emmental cheese). The 2 German girls beside me ordered a cider with both their meals so I followed their lead. When in Paris...... Considering the temperature, I almost second-guess myself and ordered something other than their house specialty of au gratin potatoes. In the end, I was very glad I overruled that thought. Brody enjoyed his meal. He just appeared to still be hungry when it was done and a 16 year-old boy that normally has a high caloric intake, I can understand why he wanted a second meal after eating his first! The restaurant in the patio were quite crowded even though we had reservations. They still sat us within five minutes of arrival. Not that five minutes is a long time to wait, but it was still worth the wait as good as the food tasted. We both enjoyed our meals.

So many delicious escargot at au doux raisin that you won't regret going here…read more We ordered escargot, bone marrow, and beef bourguignon. The escargot. Wow. It's their specialty and it sure is special. I've never had escargot with this kind of flavor coming from the snail itself. It's a must have. The bone marrow was good too, nothing too memorable, definitely not like the escargot. The beef bourguignon was so good too. Tender beef and such good flavors. This was the perfect way to end our Paris trip.

We ordered a few dishes to share: - escargot was so flavourful, it blew our minds. This was the best snails I have ever hard. - foie gras - delicious!! - bone marrow - unlike other places, they didn't add a lot of sauces and etc. onto the bone marrow, but the taste was so fresh and delicious that you didn't even need anything else. Amazing. - beef stew - this was very tasty but we couldn't finish it so we take it to go. - sausage - probably my least favourite but still very favourful. Our server Olya was amazing, always checking up on us and making sure we were happy! She gave us a lot of recommendations which turned out to be amazing. She speaks French, English and Russian, which is a great asset which made communication and ordering very easy. Overall, this restaurant is a must visit for anyone who is looking for delicious homey meal.

THE FOOD ----------------…read more+ Six Snails from Burgundy - Very good! Unlike in the States, these escargot (as most in Paris) were served in their ACTUAL snail shells and they were addictively deeeelicious - like I can have 95 of them addictive! = Duck Breast - Duck was tender, but I thought it was just OK. The orange honey sauce made for a good dipper sauce, but without it, the duck was relatively ordinary. The aligot was quite cheesy and tasty though. = Chicken Supreme - Solid chicken and well cooked. String Beans were excellent! Like the Duck Breast, presentation was simple and elegant. However, for me personally, the chicken was OK. Nothing wow'd me on this dish. + Toasted Ham and Cheese Sandwich and Fried Egg, Salad - Good for what it was - a ham and cheese sammie with a fried egg. Definitely fancier than your stateside version - it wins that hands down. Bread was toasted and buttered very well, which to me, was the key to this sammie. THE SERVICE ------------------ + Alllll of the food came out very fast after we ordered. + All of the employees were super friendly to us, despite us not speaking a lick of French. THE SURROUNDINGS ------------------------------- = Interior and exterior are tigggght. The interior consists of a 2nd level, which has a few tables. = Exterior has outdoor seating for what seems to be customary at most restaurants - people watching while day drinking. RANDOM OBSERVATIONS ------------------------------------- + We had a resy for 6:15 PM on a Saturday evening and were seated immediately, which is always a good thing. + Outdoor seating area was packkked, but there was always an open table or two inside.
