Although I have not used the service. I had questions about using the " How to do you own Offer in Comprise" a tool that this company provides on the net. I call about and received advice from Robert about using this tool. When he told me to call again if I had any other questions. I did he always had time to speak with me I never felt rushed in our conversation. I have spoken with him 3 or 4 times in the past 2 months. I was assisted by Vernon Evans and Tax Resolution Professionals offered assistance in looking over my Offer in Compromise that I started. So, I sent in all my paperwork to have them look over and was assigned to Vernon. The charge was $350 and well worth it. I am sending in my Offer in Compromise to the IRS and don't know if I will be approved, but at least I was guided by Vernon to send in the proper paperwork and not send in some paperwork. I had some issues with both the IRS and State, one due to my improperly registering my withholdings and the other was from California Franchise Tax Board.
