Well he proceeded to tell me that was the price and the post office would be more. I said well I'm not prepared to spend that so I left went to another UPS store. They quoted me $19 then I went to the post office and finally mailed it out for $12.40 so I think that the UPS store in Westmont might be scamming people I can't confirm nor deny but to charge somebody $31 to send a baseball cap to California is ridiculous. Ship at your own risk.
