Got picked up from the airport and taken directly across the border to my hotel in Juarez, MX. I am glad I decided to go with their service after I read all the reviews on yelp, tripadvisor, facebook, and google search. I had never crossed the border from El Paso to Juarez, Mexico. So I was unsure what the process was like. I called AndaleRide and had the pleasure of speaking with Joe. He was very knowledgeable and understanding of my situation. I had to cross over the border and meet up with my wife at the U.S. Consulate in Cuiadad Juarez Mexico. I had many questions regarding safety and procedures. Joe addressed my concerns and was extremely helpful. I used their app to make a reservations for the trip to Juarez and the returning trip back into the U.S. Making the reservation on their app was pretty easy and straight forward. On their app you can even give them your flight number so they can track your flight and make accommodations for you. They send you a text with your driver's name and vehicle information so you can find the driver right out of the airport. On the day of my arrival at the El Paso airport their driver Lucy Gonzalez picked me up right on time!! She was very professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. I had not eaten that day so she helped stop by a restaurant so I can pick up some food. She then drove across the border and dropped me off at my hotel in Juarez. Lucy was very knowledgeable about the El Paso/Juarez area and border crossing. The whole experiences was great. I felt very safe the whole time. If you can, I would recommend you request her as your driver but I think any of the drivers AndaleRide employs would be the same because they fully vet their drivers. For my return trip I also got a text from Lucy before pick up at my hotel. I had the same great experience going back across the border to the El Paso Airport with an added priceless moment that couldn't have happened without Lucy's help. On the returning trip Lucy was extremely kind to grant what may have seemed like a silly request for 2 fillet-o-fish sandwiches for my father in law. My father in law used to live in the U.S. but has since returned to Mexico. He was also in Juarez just to accompany my wife. In Mexico their McDonalds don't have Fillet-o-fish sandwiches so he hasn't had one in over 15 years. When we asked Lucy for her help she was like "no prob, will do". She showed up with the fillet-o-fish and my father in law just had the biggest smile on his face. We were so fortunate to have her as my return driver and very grateful for her kind gesture. It was a simple act but made a HUGE impression on us. This made our experience with AndaleRide a very special one. I highly reccomend AndaleRide, you will not be dissapointed with their service and your experience!!!

We decided to use Fast Spot when we were flying out of town for two weeks and our arrival home…read morewould be late at night. Fast Spot was very easy to register with online and when we arrived an employee was there to help us. He helped load our bags onto the shuttle and quickly had us at the airport. On our return we were delayed several times and did not get in until the early hours of the morning. We texted after getting our luggage and waited maybe fifteen minutes. Again, the employee was kind in helping us get our bags and our car was already pulled around to the front knowing we were to fly in that night. No wait when we entered Fast Spot for our car and/or a long walk. I'd recommend Fast Spot to anyone looking for affordable parking...more affordable than long term at the airport!

I flew in from Austin for my 7:30 AM appointment and had my new passport in hand by 10:30 AM and was off in time to make a 12pm flight back to Austin. NMDOT Park & Ride is a public bus service operated by the New Mexico Department of Transportation…read more NMDOT operates a bus line called the Gold Route from El Paso to Las Cruces on weekdays, except on holidays. Buses operate in both directions during the early morning and in the afternoon as this is intended for commuters. However, the bus might be worth utilizing for a day trip if the timetable works for you. Took a trip from Downtown El Paso to Las Cruces. The fare for the ride is cheaper than driving as it is $3 one-way for the 45 mile commute. The ride takes a little over 1 hour and was a smooth commute. It was not crowded either. There is one stop between the cities in Anthony, which is located near the New Mexico-Texas border. The buses used are tour-style buses. No Wi-Fi on the bus, but I saw a power plug onboard to charge. If the timetable works, I would recommend this service as a cheap way to travel between El Paso and Las Cruces in ease.

The service mechanic took my personal stuff out of the truck to clean the inside.they threw my stuff on a concrete staircase. Some of my personal belongings were stold. My new clothes were in the garbage can. The I recovered almost everything except a few items. The driver manager doesn't like it when you request time off.and they don't pay what they say. On the 48 state pay. On the 3000 mile pay you will clear 700 to 800. That kinda pay looks more like regional pay. Dispatch wakes you up when your hours of service are done. If you turn off your phone the driver manager becomes mad and yells at you.
