There was about six students with me and I was always picked on. Miss Fernandez would pick on me the worst to the point where I wasn't allowed to eat the stuff I brought from home during our breakfast and lunch breaks, but other kids around me were allowed to and the sad thing is that I wouldn't even be doing anything to not deserve to eat what I bring and the sad thing is I could barely eat anything else because of food allergy reasons.. there was another time where I took a nap because I had a really messed up morning with my mother at the time and they decided to call her in and it caused the whole scene in front of the six other students when it was unnecessary to call my mother in because I wasn't even doing nothing except for taking a nap because I had finished extra work that day. That program will work you like you're a slob and those teachers don't care about you truly they care about the money. I forgot her name because this was in 2023, but the only nice lady there was the pale Mexican Proctor that I thought was Asian at first until I asked. I can't explain how terrible that program was and how belittled they made me feel during the time I went there. I would never suggest anyone doing that program and to just go to independent study at that point. I forgot to mention to Miss Fernandez told me I would be nothing in life and that I'd be a homeless drug addict in the street which I feel like she ate her words considering that I graduated a year early from high school and I'm going straight to college with a full ride scholarship and I'm already working a medical field all at 17 with my own car

He was punched in the face, kicked, pushed, and teased all year. We talked with the teacher and school office. We were told they were dealing with the bullies and they would keep an eye on my son. Today was the last day of school and his pants were pulled down by one of the bullies. Another girl told the boy to pull down my son's pants. He was not fully exposed, his underwear stayed up, enough is enough! The superintendent called me and told me what happen and I lost it. I asked if it was the same kids who have been picking on my kid all year and he had no idea. He said that he cannot disclose who the child is but they did deal with the student.

The school and my son's teacher tried to video record him, on her phone play fighting with another student, trying to show my son wasn't being bullied. I sent a recording device with my son to school and all of this including a very disrespectful conversation was recorded. When I revealed I had a recording, the response was, it's illegal to record someone without their knowledge. I responded so I have an illegal recording of your teacher illegally recording my son. The district office, nor this school clearly doesn't care about the education or well being of any children. Be aware! We will have nothing to do with this school anymore and I am pursuing legal actions, to have our day in court.
