During the loading they ripped one of our upholstered chairs and didn't tell us. Then during the unloading they unwrapped solid wood furniture and placed it on concrete. They chipped our wood dresser, chipped a brand new marble coffee table, scraped up the corners of multiple wooden chairs and end tables. They also broke the wire to a treadmill and tracked mud in on our new carpets. I purchased insurance but when I contacted them to file a claim they refused to let me and only offerred to refund the cost of the insurance I purchased. I called them and the rude woman I spoke with tried to blame me for damage to the treadmill and accussed me of inconsistencies and said that the damage was normal wear & tear. I will be pursuing my claim further, but please do not use this company if you think there is a possibility you could want to file a claim on your damaged furniture. They are the worst.

Upon arrival she said because of the size, that it would be an additional $50 to move our tv since there was no box (she explained it was so their insurance would cover it. But they broke the tv and after their insurance wouldn't give their money for their fault, we were stuck paying $700 for a move and then having to buy a tv for $600 to replace the one they broke. They asked for photos, said they would pay us in 30 days, and still haven't a month and a half later. We will have to take legal action against them but I wanted to warn everyone not to use them. They overcharge for random fees and are incredibly difficult if something happens.

In addition when I booked the moving Matt told my wife not to take the draws out of the dresser and after wrapping with the plastic wrap they could not pick up the dresser so the had to unwrap (and then they never wrapped it again and move and damage draws and the added time to move all the draws which caused more time. Got a call that day to make sure things were going well and another call when the packing was completed. Next day 4 people showed up to load the truck and move us 3 miles away. Very hard workers, professional and experienced. Got the two calls again that day. They were very careful when unloading, asked where I wanted things placed. As I started to unpack, I found a lamp shade at the bottom of a box, all crushed. Was quite amazed at what I found in the boxes.. I would assume like items would be packed together....but it appeared they just made sure the boxes were full. Many boxes not labeled, which would have been helpful. Never did get another phone call, which to me should have happened so they would find out how the team packs out a custome.
