She's super realistic and careful. She assesses your hair situation and makes sure to take that into account whenever lightening the hair. My hair isn't damaged at all thanks to how careful Shena was! I also haven't even had any breakage since getting my hair done! She does not push any additional services on you, and she seems very honest, She focused on balayage and doing long term care for "lived in" hair. I appreciated her services and loved my hair after.
