He had recently moved his practice here. Made an appt and saw him at UCS. It was a comfortable environment. Spacious exam rooms, a robe vs hospital gown for the exam and excellent and informative staff & nurses. After the appt surgery was scheduled for the next morning. The surgical suite belongs to the clinic was attached to it. I'm a former pre-op nurse and know how most hospitals do this process. Not here though - comfortable room, sitting in a chair instead laying on a gurney, not just a hospital gown but a robe also. After surgery I woke up in a comfortable recovery room with a pleasant & knowledgable nurse. 4 hrs after I arrived I was on my way home. I felt well taken care of & pampered. I recommend Dr Kunkel as a personable, outstanding physician surrounded by an excellent staff. PS: pampering is good too - even for a guy
