She called to tell me that the artwork we submitted wasn't suitable for a mailer. Instead of explaining to me (or give us a template in the first place) that we needed to add "x" amount of space, horizontally to the card (because that's what the post office requires), she proceeded to tell me that I wouldn't know how to do it (even though I'm the designer and I made the artwork). She then said, "I don't have time for this. Take your business elsewhere" and hung up the phone. Does this sound like the type of business you'd want to give money to?
