We did our NAAAP filming here. NICE people work here and they get the job done! I would probably work with them again just for that. BUT the bathroom I had to get ready in was kind of a nightmare. :( I think it was an off day for them. Two of the toilets were broken in the brighter bathrooms. So thankfully they were kind to show me another bathroom in the back. This one I had to change and do makeup in was soooo dim and the light kept turning off every 20 seconds... it was a challenge to get ready for the scene. So, it was a little frustrating. I recommend it for their media services but come with hair and make-up already done. read more

Quite the avangard place to hold a private venue. Yes, I attended one here this past Wednesday and I must admit, this type of Bohemian atmosphere gives me a rush. I like edgy eclectic things hidden away from the eyes of the outside novices. I attended the Yelp Black and White Christmas party here on Wednesday. SO much fun! This was the perfect spot for it. It looks like just another warehouse from the outside and then BAM, fabulous party going on inside. Plenty of room in the venue to create whatever kind of party you want. It's just an empty warehouse and then you and your ideas fill the space! Props to the Yelp team for putting this together. Quinn and Lorna are great! G.I. Joe Search and Rescue (The Joe Le Foundation) held their benefit concert there this past August. The staff there are really great hosts, and our concert went extremely well without a hinge (other than one minor lighting problem that was fixed within a couple of minutes). Lorna is very attentive to her customers and always try to help and give suggestions without altering your own ideas. They've hosted plenty of times before, so they were able to suggest to us what set up works and what doesn't. The warehouse was transformed from a print place to a pretty glamorous lounge, complete with ambient lighting and lounge chairs all around. Not only are they great hosts, but great printers as well, and at phenomenal prices too! I don't know of any other place that would do 1000 full color, double sided, glossy (single or double sided), standard sized business cards for less than $25.00 (at time of writing). Their turn-around time is quick and their work, professional. It just doesn't get any better than this! Looking forward to future events with them. I had a research poster that they offered to print at my school for $96 bucks. Access media printed it for $48 (no foam backing though, but it's cool) AND had it picked up the next day! The girls there who assisted me on the phone were real nice and they even asked me to upload a higher resolution file since the one I sent would be pixelated if printed.
