Scheduling was easy to make, waiting times where reasonable for a busy practice, appt's were thorough and if we had issues (ie broken wire, rubber bands, etc.), they always were available. Without a doubt, this was an overall amazing experience for my wife, my daughter and me. Thorough, professional, skilled, friendly, patient, flexible and available - I couldn't have asked for anything more. This place takes such good care of them and they're patient with them. Me? It took 4 years to get back in the chair! All the dental hygienist that my kids have had have all been wonderful but the one who took care of me was aggressive and rough and hurt. Also she came off as uncaring and rude. I'm a big baby so in no way did she try to comfort me until they were tears coming out of my eyes that I had to ask for numbing for the deep cleaning she was rushing through. I had a filling that popped out and the Dr did it perfectly! Didn't hurt and I felt safe. No crying that time! Just maybe some happy tears because now I can get braces!
