Instead of having me bring it in, or coming to my address, I was given some very, very excellent, and free, advice over the phone! The advice was to return the HP printer; and, exchange it for a Brother printer. I am extremely pleased that I followed the advice given by NMPCMD!! I now have a Brother printer that works wonderfully with my computer, and was easy to set up! THANK YOU, THANK YOU VERY, VERY MUCH, NMPCMD!!! I will continue to use NMPCMD whenever, and for whatever, computer repair/ update I may need in the future!!! Very Sincerly! David L. :)

She's good at selling the school to you during tours, but once you've started, it is nearly impossible to get information from teachers or other staff about your child. Everyone seems miserable here (the children and staff). It is an unwelcoming environment, despite the website's marketing.

I feel they charge too much is because they send two guys, one guy stands by while the other takes 3 minutes to rush back and forth with a lawn spreader, and then leave. Therefore not a good value, rush through the job, so quality is questionable and the failed to send me an invoice, then when the noticed their mistake, sent me an email threatening late fees for not paying the invoice they never sent.
