I've been a regular shopper at Savers since I started shopping there during Covid. There are SO…read moremany good clothes to be had. One might be surprised by what people donate. I like that I'm choosing a more environmentally friendly option while also enjoying the savings to our budget. The only thing is, you have to look the clothing over really well before you buy. Some people donate clothes that have holes in them. I don't understand why people do that, but they do. I've told my husband that I have the best wardrobe I've ever had in my life since I started shopping at Savers/Goodwill. It can be a little overwhelming when you go in, so go with the idea of shopping for just a few items. Then, if you have the time, browse a few other areas. It is always so much fun to see what you might find. The return policy is exchange only. If you can try it on in the isle, then you know if it fits. If you cannot try it on, then plan carefully for a return (exchange). Buy used!

I often go in just to see what they have and will end up leaving with one or two items. Things donated here are usually pretty good quality too. Plus the staff is always very friendly and helpful. Loved seeing that they now have an enclosed area for adoptable cats. After asking about it to the cashier I learned that over 40 cats (maybe more) have been adopted since being there. Sweet to see! The layout is cute and feels like it's trying to give "high-end" vibes, but the selection was really limited, especially for clothing and shoes. The owner, who I now know is named Kim, did not smile at me when I walked in the door, nor did she acknowledge my presence in any way even though I know she saw me because I had to go up to the counter a few times to ask her for help with finding clothing in my size. As a fellow small business owner myself, I always try to make my customers feel welcome as I know that engaging with potential repeat customers is essential to keeping a local business in business. It wouldn't surprise me if her lack of customer service is why this place is shutting down because I left knowing that I would never come back even if I had liked the clothes. I think the store was meant to be a curated boutique of eclectic clothing but all she was curating was memories of a Ross sale section circa the mid-2000s which is to say they looked cheap. The walls are adorned with the funnest things. The place simply pours out Fashion everywhere! The clothes are just fantastic! I plan to come back and get me some pieces for my next music festival!
