This has to be the worst company EVER. I brought my machine to get repaired here. Paid an arm and a leg, I used it 3 times and it began to work horrible again. Keep in mind I'm only cutting a very small area. I bring the machine in to ask them why after 3 uses its not functioning again. They try to charge me the part that they replaced again, after they replaced it without my consent they dismantle my machine and gave me my machine back in parts thrown in a box! What type of business is this? My machine was in one piece and at least still running! Now I have screws and springs thrown in a box, whom which I have no idea where they go! I don't think I've EVER been so damn angry before! How dare these people! read more

I don't recommend this place to no one these people like to steal people's money by charging a arm and a leg for any repair or any small tool that you buy from them I've used them before because I had no choice but every time I go over there it's a bad experience either they are charging way too much to repair machine or there are charging way too much to sell you a piece for your machine these people are hungry for money and don't really care about their customers all they want to do is take your money with these high prices. One day I called to see the price of a tool they had there for sale and she gave me a price but then when I went in I asked for the two and she gave me a higher price that she gave me on the phone not knowing that she spoke to me over the phone about the two she was going to sell me and to make a long story short I had more bad experiences with them just too much to explain like I said I'll give him a negative five star if it were up to me I highly don't recommend this place to nobody if you want to rent out machines you can go to two belt sun rental a lot cheaper and customer service is a lot more great read more

Never rent an equipment here they give you broken and charged the repair, if you rent something is for not pay any repair, after that I complained and they call me the police wtf with this people they fraud you money and then call you criminal read more

do not do business here! they are sneaky, dishonest & very unprofessional! all their machines always have issues, they are worn out with problems and they don't even respond when you you notify them if a problem occurs. my last incident with them took the cake, i rented a mini skid steer auger from them. once it arrived at the job site, it wasn't even on for 15 minutes which they can see on the timer. suddenly a hydraulic hose bursts and starts spraying and leaking very hot fluid on to the home owner and all over his nice lawn and expensive plants. we quickly turned off the machine. even to put it away it leaked all over his yard eventually killing his plants and damaging his lawn. luckily it wasnt on longbenough to heat the hydraulic flud enough to leave a severe burn! i immediately called them. and to my surprise...no answer. i left a message and sent an email. (((no response!))) (they closed for the weekend). i lost 2 days of work ended up doing everything by hand manualy by hand. come monday morning after having to load up their faulty equipment and take the journey back to return to them. they refunded my money. said they will have to repair the equipment. she hoped i'd be back to rent it again, mean while i was stick putting new sod to repair the damaged lawn and sincerely appologized for slightly burning the owner with the hot hydraulic fluid. i had no choice but to finish the job manually since i already lost 2 days. i had no obligation to continue doing business with taylor rentals. here's the kicker...4 days later, (ada) one of the co owners there, had the odasity to charge an unauthorized transaction with out my presence and recharge me for the equipment!!! obviously i dispute it with my bank, but the grimy behavior of this company is absolutely unacceptable. btw i just landed a huge account that requires alot of heavy equipment rental....needless to say i will be taking my business elsewhere to a real professional business with morals and values. word of advise: don't waste your time & money here! never again! i highly suggest: sunbelt rentals or herc rentals. read more
