I am what you would call a very tough cause. The hardest types of issues paired with a very stubborn, stuck mind. Not responsive to medications and truly a trapped person. I had seen many therapists before and they would either ghost me or try and force me back on medications because nobody knew how to help me. I learned to live and survive with my circumstances, but I was trapped and suffering. Wasting my youth and life away. Heidi was willing to see me, made herself quickly available to see me right away when I had reached out to her. I can't put it to exact words but she is unlike anyone else in this industry. There is NOTHING cookie cutter about her she is extremely intelligent and with literally only a few visits she left an impression on me that not any family member, friend, or professional could ever manage to push my mind. But she did, somehow she did the impossible and oh my god. I live a life now. I don't deal with crippling anxiety anymore, I've been losing weight I've been going out and I've been working. She is truly the master of her craft. She is honest, is she is genuine, and she is caring. I thought I was going to waste my life, I had no drive and she just knew what to say. She understands she gets it, she truly understands the mind. If you're like me where medications and all sorts of specialists simply cannot help. She is the best choice. She saved my life and because of her I have the drive and will to achieve my goals and hopes in life. If you're not on the right track, she will help you get there. Whatever doubts and struggles you have believe me she will help you get there. She is a gem and this world is blessed to have her, I just can't tell you how my perspective and will has changed for the better. I broke out of my depressive habits, got over my weed addiction, broke out of my anxiety loop, attained my drive for success again, and started my weight loss journey. Much time has passed and my life is, it's perfect, it's everything I've wanted for myself. If you need help, listen to my words, she will help. She cares, truly. I meet my son with Heidi Taylor (HT) ONLY on WEEKENDS (Sat or Sun) at the Richmond Chiropractic (Dr. Zuckerman's Office when it is closed for business on weekends - 1323 Newbury Rd, Suite #107, Newbury Park). HT uses it for her business after hours or weekends. I saw my son with her 3x for 10 to 20 minutes each yet she charged me for for whole HOUR every visit. IT IS ALL ABOUT MONEY and NO Compassion. On Weekends, the entire office building is closed and there is absolutely NO Foot Traffic or any type of traffic. On 12/7/24 (Sat), I saw my son for 10 mins, and had taken two Gold Medals (24 kt) to show them to him to encourage him to study hard and when he attends a good University, he would have earned it. Heidi saw them too. When I left the office in a hurry, either they fell out of my pocket around the chair I was sitting on or I left it on the chair/table. After leaving office, I walked straight to my car and drove home. When I reached home, while emptying my pockets I didn't find them, so I checked my car 3X before driving back to the office to traced the path I walked to my car. Since there is no Foot Traffic in the office Building parking lot, if I had dropped it, I would have found it. I didn't find them so, I TEXT Heidi about "me going back to the office tracing my footsteps". She Texted a "THUMBS DWON" to my driving back to the office & tracing my steps. I was 100% certain that I had left them in the office where I was sitting so the Next Day (Sun) I drove to the office at 8:15 AM before she comes to see her client at 8:30 AM. I walked in the office to look for it again but they weren't there. On 12/07/24, she left the office after me and I am 1000% certain that Medals were left in the office. She could have done the "RIGHT Thing" by returning back to me to show her professionalism and honesty. But, this expectation was not met. In my custody battle regarding my youngest son, she has been very fair and neutral in managing two parents who don't care much for each other AND has connected solidly with the son we have in common. Having been in one of the most difficult and horrible situations in my adult life , getting railroaded by my ex and a inexperienced judge at the time, I got the book slapped on me which included several months of supervised visitation! Totally undeserved but had to live with the ruling for nearly 11 months. Heidi , was hands down the most caring , wonderful, warm human being I had ever met in this field! Not only was she a true professional and took pride and care in her work, but she had compassion , empathy, and was always willing to help me through this difficult time. My child loved her too.
