I paid to have a fairly thick blanket embroidered. I know nothing about stitching so I felt I was in good hands with these professionals. Wrong. The lettering sunk into the blanket because the blanket was so thick. I could not read the scripture AT ALL. They should have told me I needed a larger font (if that would have even helped). I feel as though they should have given me their professional opinion about stitching on a thick blanket instead of just doing the job knowing it was a bad idea. Also, it would have been nice to know that the backing would be a large white piece of material. They stitched the lettering on the inside part of the blanket. So the white material is just on the outside...looking like a mess. I'm sure the lettering was beautiful....if I could actually see it. I'm just asking for better customer service people. No way you should have completed TWO blankets with sunken lettering without contacting your guest after the first botched job to offer alternatives or other recommendations. Do better. read more

Went there to get a varsity jacket for my daughter, having never done this before, had questions. The lady was rude, clearly didn't want to explain things to us, and made us feel stupid. My daughter said she didn't want to get her jacket there because she didn't want to have to work with 'that lady' ! Ended up at Do Sans in Flatrock, they were excellent, daughter happy with a beautiful jacket! read more

Do not go here. I've been to Taylor trophies twice,and they screwed up...twice. The first time I brought a necklace with a dog tag on it my sons bought me for Father's Day to have their names engraved. They miss spelled Michael. How the hell do you miss spell that name? It was spelled Micheal. Really. They had to file it out and redo it. It looks horrible. My second experience was with two trophies...not a huge order by any means. One was for my son Michael and the other was for a friends son named David. Let's just say David almost got two trophies. Top it all off the lady that works there is very rude. When you point out a mistake she acts like your bothering her. Get it right lady. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time. Second time...shame on me. Go elsewhere where they will appreciate your business at least. read more
