They don't have it together and you can't trust them with your building supply orders. I placed an order, they delivered it with an invoice, which I paid promptly. So, they're expecting me to pay for their mistakes... randomly weeks after the order is closed...and have the nerve to try to tell me they'll lose money if I don't pay for their error. Last time I checked, they're the big company, and I'm the consumer. This company should want to keep a customer that had multiple projects going and an account with them. They're not getting another dime of my money. And that's fine because the other lumber and building supply companies on the Island are cheaper (for the same stuff, from the same supplier!), have more of a selection, and take responsibility for their own mistakes (which they don't often make, unlike Riverhead building supply).
