Got my interior detailed by Jaiden. He did a great job! I had recently transitioned jobs and came back from two camping trips so my car was really dirty. Excellent service, quality and super convenient. Taylor was extremely professional and courteous from the very first email that we exchanged. He was very friendly and arrived at my house on time on the day of service. He managed to clean my SUV and make it look as close to brand new as possible. I had a ton of food stains/particles, dust and dirt on the carpets and mats and on the leather seats in my SUV. He spent about 4 hours working on it and the results are amazing! Taylor came over to my house and he did a full interior & exterior on two of our cars. He did a 10/10 on the three things that mattered to me - quality work, great costumer service, and at a very responsible price for how much I had done. One of the best parts (at least for me) was that he came to my house so that way I didn't have to drop off my car and Uber. Hahaha I'm a little lazy... I will definitely be having him come back on a regular basis even if I'm just get a simple maintenance wash. P.S. Wow! It is hard to find the words to describe the professionalism and friendliness of both Taylor and his team. I initially got a quote via the Yelp "Request A Quote" feature. I was looking to surprise my partner with a full detail for Valentine's Day. Through a series of inclement weather and scheduling issues, Taylor was in constant communication with me. When things didn't work exactly as planned, Taylor went out of his way to not only make things right, but really exceeded my expectations in customer care. Despite being absolutely filthy from a 5 year old and two dogs that shed a ton, both of our vehicles came out looking like they just rolled off the lot. What amazing service!! First, I late due to a vet appointment and the team adjusted their schedule to still fit me in - so kind! Then, two dogs and one has a serious health condition so I was driving around in a cloud of dog hair and it was IMBEDDED in the carpets, the seams of the seats, in the door pockets, everywhere. Okay, first my rating is not for the work but more on professionalism. I got to know about this business from one of my neighbor who found it in yelp. It was very timely delivered service and after service I paid by check. In the evening I received call from business saying that my check was bounced. I immediately called my bank but as it was evening they were not able to help. Mean time I immediately made payment through Zelle and Taylor confirmed same. Next day I followed up with Bank and they told there was no check bounce activity and asked for check image to further investigate. However Taylor not picked up 10's of my call or responded to my messages requesting check image. I asked my neighbor who referred me and even he failed. Then I thought to share my experience on yelp. I have put some rule/block on my account to avoid that check to be misused for another payment. When I promptly responded with Zelle payment to Taylor to make sure he gets payment without delay, Taylor however should send my check back or at least respond to my call/message and if any concern just talk to me. This unresponsiveness resulted unnecessary TRUST issue, and I had keep a close eye each of my transactions - just because of unprofessional experience from this business and will avoid using it in future. Update: Taylor called me today (very promptly) and clarified. In fact he was out country for some personal matters and so was not able to respond to my call or texts. As I said in my review it was all unnecessary trust issue and this call help to restore that. Changing my rating to 5/5 on professionalism. read more

Taylor came over to detail our small SUV. It had not been deep cleaned for five years so it was definitely in need of some TLC. We have dogs and their hair type just kind of embeds itself into the car carpet. I was so impressed with how the car turned out. Taylor was also very responsive and reasonably priced.
