I have a membership I came by on my lunch break to get a spray tan for an event I have tomorrow and a girl walked in behind me. The girl at the counter never asked what I wanted to do or anything she just asked me to step aside so she could get the girl that was behind me. It was obvious she knew her on a personal level. She asked the girl what she would like to do she responded with she wanted a spray tan. There's only one spray tan booth. Finally someone got to me and asked what I wanted to do and I said a spray tan and I asked if there was more than one booth the girl behind the counter said no and that I would have to wait for the girl they let go in front of me to get done before I could even get in. Being that I drove 10 mins across town and was on my lunch break I knew I would not have time for that so I said no I am on my lunch break and won't have time to wait on someone who was behind me. Needless to say I will not be renewing my membership here I will take my money elsewhere I called corporate and let them know the situation and I hope they can get to the bottom of the absol unprofessionalism
