Keenan took my order, and when I arrived to pick it up he ensured it was correct. He was friendly and helpful. I had ordered a lamb burger meal and lamb feast. My Mom thoroughly enjoyed the burger, it looked very tasty. As to the lamb feast; the Mediterranean salad was excellent, lots of red onion, chick peas, walnuts and tomatoes. The balsamic vinegrette was light and delicious. The roasted potatoes were nicely done and very garlicky. The lamb itself, however was rather disappointing. There were three small pieces of lamb, barely a few ounces. All three pieces were overcooked, and one was burnt. Nice location. Stand in line, order and pay then take your number and they'll bring your food to you. Had the lamb plate. Very tasty lamb but a little overcooked. Sides were good. The service here is not good. Every time I come to eat lunch or dinner I always have problems with the service. The drive thru experience is even worse. We waited 35 minutes for a bowl of soup and a side. Tazikis in bentonville really needs to step it up because nobody's going to want to come. Love Greek food and liked this place UNTIL. Brought my family here tonight, ordered food and after watching the cook shown in this pic with NO GLOVES on grab my falafel patties and my wife and child's raw chicken with his BARE hands to place them on the grill I'm grossed out. The same hands the dude has went to the restroom with today he is grabbing everyone's food with to put it on the grill. Then he steps back and wipes his nose with the top of his hand, then back to grilling. So GROSS! I kindly asked "hey man will you please put some gloves on before touching our food". He looked over his shoulder and laughed. The lady shown in the pic abruptly walks up "sir he washed his hands , he doesn't have to wear gloves!" I responded "mam yes he does when touches me and my families food and if he doesn't fine I'll take pics and I'll share this on Google, yelp and FB" She then turns around and hands him some gloves which he puts on and she tells me "he doesn't speak English" He obviously didn't need to understand English to know what she wanted him to do when she finally quit arguing with me and handed him some gloves. She then apologized to me and said she understood and would not like it either. After being rude to me and telling me he doesn't have to wear gloves because he washed his hands...!? Why did it have to go here for her to simply correct the situation and put gloves on her employee / co worker. What is crazy is some of the other staff members I didn't see physically touching the food with their hands did have gloves on. read more

I went and ordered my Salmon feast which is almost always right... almost always. What happened was that my salmon was very underdone but wow, when talking to staff they not only understood but made it right. What I received was the BEST salmon I have had not just from Tzatziki's but.. ever. Down here on business and got tire of fast food very quickly. Found this place and it cured me of all the deep fried junk food out there. I've had the shrimp, chicken and lamb so far. i probably ate lunch here 3/7 work days that i was in bentonville and i ended up getting the same thing every single time - the lamb or chicken wrap. on days when i was extremely hungry this place was perfect - the portion size definitely filled me up post the gym / enough to get me to dinner. Never order curbside delivery, they offer it but when you use it service always has issues. It's a hit or miss on whether you will get your food or not. When you do get your food after tipping 20% they always have a bad attitude as if you inconvenienced them by existing. Please do a better job at training your staff, people have options. Great Greek Experience I had an appointment in Bentonville early am so I flew in the day before. Checked in the La Quinta and decided on lunch. More than one individual suggested Taziki's and since I am a fan of Greek and Mediterranean, this became an obvious choice. This is across the street from the La Quinta and while I am a Charlottean, I choice to follow the laws and not jay walk. Short walk anyway. Walked in and this is my first time here and not sure what the routine is. You go to the right, place your order, pick up a table tent and drink cup and go pick you table and get your drink No big deal. I ordered the Lamb Gyro along with a Cucumber Tomato Salad as my side. Don't know what to say from this point. My dinner was great. The Lamb Gyro was excelent and while plain, the flavor profile of the salad was outstanding. Great food. Quick and fast. Kudos for a perfectly cooked pueceof salmon! I had the "salmon feast" as takeout last night, and even after a long ride home the salmon was crisply seared on the outside, and moist and perfectly done (not overcooked) on the inside. I really enjoyed my lunch here. It was cold outside and I wanted soup so I had the lemon chicken soup and although it was very lemon-y I really liked it. The chicken was so soft it was shredding apart and very juicy. I paired it with the Mediterranean salad which was very fresh and I liked how they put the dressing in the side without me even asking. I like a salad with lots of toppings and this was one. It had candied nuts, red pepper, feta, tomatoes and chickpeas over a mix of spinach, romaine and head of lettuce. They give the option to add a protein to the salads: chicken, lamb, salmon. The price for the combo was only $9.99 and both the soup and salad were good portion sizes. You order at the counter and pay, take a number, find a seat and then they bring you your order and they clean up your plates when you are finished. I was pleasantly surprised when i walked into taziki's. It's along the lines of fast casual where you walk up to the front, order, and the food will be brought out to you. They even sell beer and wine for those in the group looking for libations. The establishment is well organized and clean. Depending on your Tolerance for A/c they do keep it on the colder side. But better to be cold than hot. I ordered the grilled beef tender that comes with their Greek salad and side of roasted potatoes. Again I was surprised of the quality of the beef, and it was cooked to a nice medium. I'm not a salad person, but enjoyed the balance of the veggies of the Greek salad that is topped with their taziki sauce - I'd eat that again. One of the ultimate measures of ant Greek restaurant is their hummus, which exceeds standards because it has the addictive factor, you'll be wanting more. Overall, this is a nice place to eat when you're not in the mood for saturated, fried food. I would offer five stars, but roasted potatoes was good but had the texture as if it had been sitting out, which it probably was. All I can say is this staff was awesome. We came in after church with friends for a first time experience never eating here before. My friend suggested a Lamb Gyros, as we were ordering the power went off. The staff was on top of it, while we were not able to order our meal because of the power outage that lasted almost two hours, the provided us with a couple $5 gift cards and Cesar salads. My kids didn't like that to much lol but they were good salads The nice thing was after about 30 min we had the store to ourselves and our friends, the other guest finished there food and left so we got to have relaxing afternoon with friends. read more
