Five star experience here! I can see why Guy Fieri picked this place for an episode that will air soon. We arrived at about 1pm on a Saturday. The restaurant was non stop busy but the service was fantastic. I ordered a lemon mint drink; it was perfectly refreshing on a hot summer day. We had the cheese manakish as an appetizer. I love Georgian khatchapuri, and this was like a smaller, lighter version, full of cheesy goodness. My husband had the kebab halabi and loved it, while I enjoyed the chicken pita. Immediately after we finished, a server came for our plates. When we said we were done, he promptly grabbed the mobile pay unit, so we were able to quickly carry on with our day. Yum, and then yum some more. My partner and I visited yesterday, and this place was everything I wanted and more. We were greeted with a smile and shown to our table right away. I had been craving baba ghanoush and a good mezze plate, and Toot Beirut absolutely delivered. We ordered the combo plate, which included falafel that was crispy on the outside and tender and moist on the inside, served hot from the fryer. The baba ghanoush had that perfect smoky flavor, and the hummus reminded me why homemade is always better than store-bought. The grape leaves on a bed of labneh, warm fresh pita, and the garnish of arugula, pickles, and tomatoes brought everything together beautifully. We also had the manakish -- freshly baked bread with a Syrian cheese blend -- served warm and absolutely delicious. I could have eaten ten. To finish, we shared a lamb burger and fries. The fries were crispy, hot, and perfectly salted. The burger was cooked to perfection and topped with tzatziki, chopped onion, tomato, and jalapeño for just the right hint of spice. We ended with Turkish coffee, served piping hot, which brought back sweet memories of long conversations over hookah. The space was clean, welcoming, and filled with beautiful art. Susan and I have been looking forward to a dining experience in good Middle Eastern food. Yesterday we walked in to your restaurant for the first time and were greeted by our server Sophie and Chef Khaled. We were seated and ordered traditional Middle Eastern food. Its been 3 years since we moved to Pea Ridge Arkansas. Quite a journey to find your restaurant. All the bells and whistles rang while enjoying lunch. The service is really bad. I have had to ask twice to be waited on. Then the server asked me if I knew what I wanted. After sitting this long, of course I knew what I wanted. I like the food at this place, but the service is not good. The server looked at me a number of times and decided to ignore me. The food was interesting and good. Service and organization was terrible. Difficulty getting seated. Asked to move to a different table after being seated and getting drinks. Servers seemed confused and environment was chaotic. Took a really long time to get food then each item came out about five minutes apart. One item never came out until the third worker finally got the kitchen to make it so another 5-10 minute wait. Really enjoyed this place! The atmosphere is nice, fairly small and cozy and the service was friendly. I was impressed by the menu, which included Mediterranean dishes that were both familiar to me and some that I have not encountered elsewhere. I definitely want to return to try more of them. Well the restaurant is tucked away in a nice set of shops, tables and metal chairs, Middle Eastern music playing and a nice menu. Great chicken schwarma. Hummus and pita okay.. bread thinner. For dessert, the traditional baklava was a little off. A bit soggy, albeit boxed and eaten a few hours later. It is nicely done, the space is a little chopped up and they have outdoor seating. Take a menu from the counter and sit at a table to order. I order both the beef and chicken Arabi Shawarma to try both. It was a lot more food than I expected, I took enough home for 3 more meals. I really liked both of these, chicken was my favorite. Came in on a Sunday afternoon and ordered a sampler platter and a beef Saj. It's tough to find good Mediterranean food in this area, but this place hit the spot. My favorite item was the baba ghanoush. It was tart and creamy. The hummus was unique in that it seemed to be whipped and not textured like hummus I've had before. Tables were not bused, very uncomfortable seating, closed extremely early on a holiday (father's day), they were out of several options far too early in the day, service seems to be less than on top of things and there is a wasp flying around the building. Choices were limited and they had no chicken... who runs out of chicken?? As for the food. The plates and silverware didn't exactly look clean, we had the grilled cheese for the kids; they wouldn't eat it! If you're gonna advertise grilled cheese, you need to make the kids aware that it is not typical cheese that they are used to! I have never seen a grilled cheese on any Mediterranean restaurant menu that wasn't actual grilled cheese for kids. I am not new to Mediterranean food or anything that falls under this type of food so I do know exactly what I'm talking about. The stuffed grape leaves, hummus, Falafels & baba ghanoush were very good! My husband said that his lamb burger was fine. It wasn't anything special but it wasn't bad. My plate was the lamb kebabs and they were pretty good as well. I'm going to give the atmosphere a 3 out of 5 I'm going to give the service a 3.5 (the lady that served us was very nice but a little out of sorts it seemed) I'm going to give the food 3.8 the presentation was nice but I suspected dishes were not 100% well cleaned! Edit: your dishes were dirty!!! Food stuck on them that was NOT apart of the dish. And the tables were not cleaned, and chairs were dirty and extremely uncomfortable!
