I took my friend who is NOT tech-savvy in any way to your Lougheed Mall location & had the pleasure of dealing with Tina Merati. I did most of the talking on behalf of my friend Kim that was in need of a new phone & obviously present at the time. I also did the speaking initially because I'm well aware of how fast-talking many sales associates can be, which inadvertently can often confuse the customer that merely wants to get a new phone & had on several occasions when speaking to other providers, confused her all the more making her feel naive or worse yet stupid. Happily, our interactions were on point and I was very impressed as was my friend Kim, which is no easy feat. I explained in great detail that my friend was seeking a phone that she didn't need the many extras that are available these days & yet wanted to make sure she got a phone that still met her initial needs. Tina was very professional and made both Kim and I feel comfortable from the get-go. I was very impressed that she clearly understood what my friend wanted & didn't go out of her way to up-sell to something more complicated though did mention a few other options, yet not pushy in the slightest. Tina then made 2 suggestions with a Samsung model and your newly arrived LG Q60 model. As I've had nothing but excellent results through my few LG products, I suggested as did also Tina that the LG would be likely her best option for her needs. Tina then discussed the basic bundles available via various providers & it was decided which offered the best plan for what my friend Kim required. I come from the CSR arena having worked with a wide berth of products as well as have had management roles where I would've been thrilled to have Tina as one of my employees. She was personable from the get-go, clearly heard all of our pertinent details & managed to make my friend feel comfortable in making her purchase. Recognizing that if she spoke too quickly or added too much that she would've lost Kim as your new happy customer. Great customer service has become far too rare these days, particularly in a world where all retailers are clamoring for new staff that has true customer skills. Fortunately, your TBooth Wireless kiosk in Lougheed Mall has such an individual. We live in a world where most only write into complain and personally I don't think enough people will take the time to do a shout out about good customer service. Happily I will as I know it's importance. Therefore I sincerely hope that you recognize that you have a STAR employee that appears to truly enjoy her job and is ever-present when a customer walks into the company's location. We walked into a few other places prior to our visit and we were not even acknowledged. Their loss ultimately as it was a win/win with Tina and I wish her continued to success with your company and whatever else she tackles. Originally I purchased my phone with a plan back in November 2012. The sales person was nice and seemed genuinely interested in helping me find a phone and plan that was best for me. Really good sales technique I'd say. Here's the ridiculous part. He sold me the extra warranty (Premium Protection Plan) when I purchased my phone based on 2 very distinct lies. He said that if I didn't use the warranty, I get my money back at the end of the plan (2 years later). I was VERY specific when I asked about getting a cash refund NOT a credit and he insisted that yes, I get a cash refund back. I was also asked very specifically whether I would need to keep the receipt and he clearly said no because I was already in their system. Since my two years is up next month, I decided to double check what I was entitled to on T-Booth's website and this is what it says: "Provided that no claims are made under the Plan during the warranty period, the purchase price paid for the Plan (as evidenced by the proof of purchase) may be applied as an in-store credit towards any accessory product purchase made within six (6) months of the expiry of the warranty period. The in-store credit may be applied to handset purchases with select carrier networks only. The purchaser is not eligible to receive monetary reimbursement." What a load of BS. I would definitely have not purchased the added warranty if i knew either of those two things as i know added warranties are usually kind of a scam. I'm super pissed. I still have to go in and face them in person to see what they say to me, but I have no doubts that they will hide behind this. I still have my receipt but I'm more pissed off about the "credit" that i get to use on either "accessories" or "select carrier networks". Horrible business practices. Lies to customers straight out. Do not support such a ridiculous business. So disappointed I wish I could give negative stars. read more

I went during Black Friday week, and even though it was busy, the employees were greeting and smiling. Manjot K helped me find the perfect plan for me. He was helpful and knowlegeable, and answered all my questions patiently. I highly recommend Tbooth because I am satisfied with both their products and their service. read more

I dont usually do yelp reviews but the customer service was so spectacular that I had to. I came in to see how much I could trade my phone in for and Cathy was so helpful. She showed me all of the different routes I could take and different plan options. She was attentive, informative and was just so enthusiastic- it was lovely to chat with her. Even though I told her I would not trade in that day, she was still very sweet and gave me her business card in case I had any further questions. If I could post with a no star comment, I would. Horrible experience from this girl called Sashana at this location. I wasn't even at the store I only walked by. I was in a rush trying to find the closest clinic around and so I was browsing on my phone while walking and she came over asking if I was using a Samsung S4, I said yes but I am sorry I am in a rush at the moment. I was injured just a day ago and wasn't able to run or walk too fast from my injury. After hearing me say I was in a rush she said loudly and rudely "for someone to be in a rush you don't seem to be walking very fast" she said that in front of a bunch of her friends and probably coworkers that were sitting on the bench outside the store and they all laughed at me. I don't need her to know what I was going through and she can judge me all she wants, but this has totally ruined my idea of the company and I will never ever be a customer of theirs ever again. Comments like that should be kept to herself and not said in the public, just because she wants sales does not mean she should attack and comment on people like that. Super unprofessional and rude service. I pass by this store quite often, I always see staff from this location to be sitting on the bench outside the store and chit chatting. read more

I have dealt with various wireless places and providers for 15 years and have never had an experience that even came close to the great one I had with Joshua at the Brentwood Mall location. My case was complicated and he went the extra mile and beyond to make me happy. He handled it with confidence, persistence and more than exceeded my expectations. Thank you Joshua!!! read more

Joshua was amazing. He helped me by letting me put my virgin mobile sim card into a store phone so that I could retrieve my text messages and voicemail. My phone had died. Then he sold me a universal cellphone mount that works better than anything else I have ever had! The service was amazing. Then I gave him an extra 5 dollars for a cup of coffee and he immediately donated it to their giving hope charity! read more

purchased a case for my iphone 5 which apparently is also compatible with iphone 5s. when i upgraded to the 5s, the phone rattled in the case. I visited the store to just purcahse another case and was told the one i had should definitely fit, but didn't have it with me. i was told it may be a faulty case and would be replaced even though i no longer had the receipt. perhaps they said this because they didn't believe it didn't fit properly. brought back case, with phone. store manager was also surprised to see it didnt fit properly but would not honor what previous employee said!! i have always have excellent customer service at this location until i met CARLO CASTILLO. He even answered his cell phone while serving me. What?? i left and purchased a new iphone 5s case elsewhere after buying one here for almost $50. I was also told by 2 other different vendors that a case for the iphone 5 should fit the 5s. Zero customer service tonight. have always recommended this location to friends, family and business associates...very disappointed. Garrick who was also working tonight............useless!!!
