To find out that my beautiful home in the Tower District has an old asbestos roof was a horror!! I knew this was going to be a huge hassle to properly dispose of this material but CVE was the correct company for the job!!! Greg walked the property with me the day prior and told me the game plan. The next day the crew should up ready to work and started to prep the jobsite. They did everything by OSHA standards and tarped the windows and draped the floors to begin tear off. They were also properly tied off to the roof and wearing all necessary PPE for the job. Overall it took them 3 days to complete my roof since the pitch is so steep but they handled it with easy!!! Friday was their last day of work and I was nervous that they weren't going to finish in time but boy I was wrong! They packed up all of their gear and cleaned the surrounding area. There was no debris or nails any where around my house, it looked like they were never there!!!! Thank you again CVE you did an amazing job and I hope I never need to use your service again but if I do will definitely choose Central Valley Environmental!!!

Though he later claimed he adhered to our timeline and that the work was complete, we received no confirmation of the work or photos. We can't confirm the hazard is resolved. Due to poor communication and disregard for safety, we don't recommend this company.

Plastic was hung to protect cabinets and dry areas. drywall had to be removed to prevent mold. All this was done in a very professional manner. All of my belongings were carefully, professionally packed up for safekeeping. The old hardwood floors were removed. New floors were installed, drywall was replaced and walls were painted. To boot we had travertine flooring throughout our hose that could not be damaged as it would be next to impossible to ever match it well. We had other mold remediation in other properties before and learned that the well-publicized national contractor (think green trucks) was not going to take the care we needed on our home.
