Brad was very professional during the entire experience and communicated well through the process. His crew often worked long hours and were punctual. My wife and I really appreciated Brad's knowledge and creative thinking and would give great ideas when we were stuck on how to remodel certain areas of the house. I personally struggled with envisioning how each room would look after the remodel and Brad did excellent at walking me through each process of the rooms to help me develop a clearer picture of the end product. I plan on using Western Idaho Builders (Brad) on my next big project of remodeling our personal home as well. Services performed: Installed new doors, moved doors around, moved walls around, built a landing with stairs leading to the back yard, painted inside / outside, removed cement stairs and blended wall with house, framed garage door, installed new lights. I had new flooring put in my a different company but Brad did the floor prep and did a great job for the floor installers. The project was completed just over a week past the projected completion time but I primarily put the blame on the painters for this. One slight negative to the project was the painters were not very punctual, had to come back multiple times, and I am not sure the quality of paint was what I paid for due to how easily it is to scratch the paint with my fingernail on accident. The painting itself was a good job and looked very professional. Painters were subcontracted by Brad and not completed by his crew.

He worked with my architect to make sure the plans were written to code and was patient with the permitting process. My space was a warm shell, meaning nothing but insulation. Dana and his team built my space well and thoroughly; electrical, plumbing, framing, drywall and paint... you name it, DRF can do it. My salon is two years old now and we always get compliments on the build out. My husband built all of the furniture and it all fits perfect into the work Dana and his team did.

If they didn't want to do the job or saw challenges, I wish they would say so.

Their technicians, Ryan, Steven and Corey were fast and professional. Their workmanship and the Jacuzzi products are great.
