We went into Ogden's to see how they would compare to doing the flooring ourselves. After the salesman measured our home, we received a bid that had our square footage greatly exaggerated. Fortunately, I know each of my rooms dimensions so I could see that Ogden's quote was inflated. I suppose that we could have worked with Ogden's and had them correctly quote the square footage but we lost trust in their salesman. After reading the other reviews I think that we made a good decision.

When the product arrived it was actually the "orange tagged" (loose fitting joints) product, and I had opted for the "non-orange tagged product" at a higher price. I was alerted to the issue when the product arrived accompanied by glue. Rod wasn't there when I picked up the product, but Lisa notified him of the potential issue.
