I ended up throwing it in the trash it was so disappointing. For $15.24, the sandwich had no cheese, the roast beef portion was very small and the meat was super dry. It was quite a departure from the description of "marinated and slow roasted beef, PILED HIGH with melted provolone." The onions and peppers I paid extra for were abysmal - maybe 2 slivers of each. Additionally, the district chips and dip I upgraded my side to were terrible - the chips were chewy and stale and cheese (while flavorful) was congealed.

If it weren't for their kid's meals, I think I may have starved to death by now. However, one of these experiences stood out to me. My friend and I went in person to grab food and bring back ice cream to our friend who had an unexpected procedure in the morning and was hobbling around. They accommodated our special request, asking for a sharpie to write " a funny message" on her custard cup, which the staff happily supplied for us. The food was great, the restaurant was clean, but the staff (evening crew of teenagers) was truly delightful. I can't think of the last time when I encountered a teenager who seemed to genuinely enjoy their job. Not an eye roll throughout the whole encounter. These teens were attentive, good listeners, problem solvers, fast, efficient, funny. The list could go on and on. They giggled with us while we wrote our message on the cup. Even without seeing the message, they took joy in my friend and I's excitement and hysterical laughter. The mood was infectious. Keep it up Culver's closing staff from 8/11/26. Thank you!
