Working with online mail providers was new to them (they only started 2 months ago) and it was initially a bumpy experience (e.g. staff lacked training on how to use the new system). Based on my experiences so far, they have been open to feedback and have dramatically improved (e.g. I request a scan, I get a scanned copy of the document within the hour which is impressive and not a turnaround time I was expecting). I am now a very happy customer and the fact they are able to loop and improve bodes well about them being a provider that I trust with something deeply important to me (my personal mail). The franchisee for this PostNet location (Frank) from my interactions with him seems to be a nice, genuine guy who is passionate about his work.

I was not causing a disruption, damaging anything, or holding up the line. I was the only customer in the shop at that moment. The interaction was so unpleasant that I walked out and took my shipment to FedEx instead. Customers should be treated with basic courtesy, especially for something this minor.
