I have had to ship several boxes and framed items cross country, and this team did a fantastic job packing and shipping it all. The glass was covered in a plastic film and each frame isolated from the next, but still stacked to be efficient. The cardboard box was exceptionally strong and sized for my frames. This place is not well run and not really helpful. I would avoid if at all possible. Parking is also an issue. They declined a package from UPS saying that they are a franchise despite have UPS on their shirts. read more

I have been to this location a couple times & it hasn't been the best experience, but yesterday 05/02/2024 by far was the worse one. The young black male had the worst attitude I ever seen. (receipt employee number 287001) he should not be working in costumer service. Since the moment I got there he was so rude & disrespectful. I tried my best to ignore it & just do what I was there to do, but the way he treated me & talked to me was beyond disrespectful. I called him out for it, but he continued doing it. Rude. Yelling at customer is nothing to them. They try to hold out on our expensive wine shipment from a winery in California Repris from us just because we dared to speak back to them after they yelled and budgeted us for 5 min over $5 fee and we did not come to pick up the wine fast enough. They threaten to call police when I start to record their yelling, and they tried to take my phone away out of my hand when I try to call 911. They finally handed over our prized wine shipment when police cruiser pulled up in front of the store responding to my 911 call. I think employees were trying to keep the package for them selves learning it was an expensive wine. read more

Waited for twenty minutes to get a document notarized while the gentleman was trying to figure something on the computer.The lady who works there suggested she do it and he could then go ahead and help me. The guy said to her "I don't care he can wait". He is very rude and could care less about his customers. Look to go to any other place. read more

I love this little store. It's short in the frills department but it gets the job done and it's convenient. The owner is friendly in a dry, country store curmudgeon sort of way. He's very helpful with a quirky sense of humor and is always happy to notarize things for me or assist me with complicated shipping questions. This is my go-to UPS store. read more

I really dislike writing a bad review for a small business. I understand nobody is perfect and sometimes things don't go perfect. Well, I've been battling with these guys, UPS and Best Buy now for 6 months and finally have to give up. Clearly, I was ripped off. In early December, I purchased two Samsung TV's from Best Buy and needed to return them with supplied labels. On December 11 at approximately 11am, video at my office shows me and one of my technicians loading the two TV's into the van. Then, the camera in the van has us driving to this UPS store and unloading the TV's roughly 20 minutes later. Unfortunately, we had to park next door at the gas station due to the stores tight parking driveway and the size of the van, so the video recording doesn't show the front of the UPS store. 6 months later, Best Buy only received one of the TV's. The manager of this location likely took one TV based on all the investigations as he was the only person In the store when we entered. The owner of the store confirmed that just before noon, one of the tracking labels was scanned twice, one immediately after the other. Either we printed the same label twice by accident or the manager scanned the same TV twice and kept the second. Either way, he seemed pretty disinterested in helping us. They apparently have no cameras inside. UPS says only one tv was picked up and scanned. They also confirmed there were not two TV's with the same label. The biggest mistake I made was not getting a receipt for the dropped off packages! Too trusting I suppose. So, Best Buy only credited me back for one TV and I guess I gave this local UPS store a $599 tip for nothing since that's what I paid for each TV. I will never use them again!! UPDATE December 2016! After reading the stores comment to my review, I'd like to respond. First of all, as I stated in my review, I NEVER admitted to printing and using the same label twice. I stated it was possible. Also possible was your guy scanned the same tv two times by mistake. Either way, UPS stated they picked up only a single tv after their investigation. That means one of my tvs vanished from your location prior to UPS arrival. And for the record, thanks for finally admitting that I DID in fact drop off two tvs after accusing me of lying all this time. Even though I have camera footage. You guys have awesome customer service as shown in your other reviews! Try taking responsibility for something instead of arguing with your clients! And for you guys to blame UPS is funny.
