I do not have an account (yet) at this bank, but, I went into the bank to ask if there was an ATM inside the bank, because I did see an ATM, enclosed next to the bank. The very professional and thoughtful and helpful Security Guard explained that there was no ATM in the branch, but there was that ATM which you would enter from the street. I explained why I was asking, told the guard what had just happened, and he offered to walk me to that ATM. I said ok and THANK YOU. He let another bank employee know that he was walking me to the ATM. They said fine. Once I was inside the locked area with the ATM, The Security Guard asked if I was ok, and he was going back to the branch, if I felt ok. I said yes, and thanked him again. NOW, THIS WAS THOUGHTFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. SMART CUSTOMER SERVICE. VERY HELPFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. IMPRESSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THANKS TO THIS SECURITY GUARD. This bank branch is extremely fortunate to have this man as their security guard. I am very grateful he was there today. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

We've had a few issues with our accounts over the years, but the issues have always been resolved in a timely professional manner. As with any banking service, educate yourself on their services and fees. A money order is $5, even for a customer, while next door at CVS a money order is $.99. But that is a bank set fee not a branch fee.
