Well, I provided the Savings Account #, my TD Bank Debit Card, my ID with the items to deposit. The teller was so rude, he asked for additional ID and was staring at me through the window. I'm afraid to make a deposit. The jury is still out on whether I want to keep my money in this weird place. The guy treated me like I was a criminal and they are lucky I'm giving them 2 stars, I give them a "O". I reported the incident to Customer Service and their comment was there has been a lot of fraud there, my comment is not everyone is a criminal.

I was then greeted by Jessica, one of the customer service reps. Not only was she extremely helpful and thoughrough, she's also extremely polite and understands how to communicate with her customers. Without delay, she proceesed my wire transfer, fast tracked / set me up with my debit card and meticulously went through every detail to ensure I understood every bit. This is a poorly run credit union and this branch management is embarrassing…read more Today while closing my accounts the assistant manager Kevin was needed for an override. My teller explained I was unhappy and closing my account. Kevin did the override and didn't even ask why I was unhappy. That kind of sums up everything about this inconvenient institution. Customer service provides incorrect information. The USPS will not let you use their debit card to purchase money a money order every other financial institution debit card is fine at USPS. That's a huge red flag, they show your direct deposit on your home screen but hold it so it's unavailable, thus you make purchases causing overdrafts. The ATM limits are lower than other institutions.
